My family members have been going to Dr. Hagele's practice for 16 years. We have always been very satisfied with the medical and vision care we receive. They fit us in where there's an urgent situation, and the doctors are very good. It is unfortunate that another reviewer gave this practice a poor rating because of an insurance problem, which is completely different from the quality of vision care. Dr. Hagele did my mother's and my husband's cataract surgeries and they both were very successful.

Dr. Hagele is an exceptional, kind, thoughtful ophthalmologist/doctor! He has great expertise and wide knowledge along with compassion. He takes time to think about and evaluate each patient's needs carefully. This doctor listens to his patients, working hard to find a solution. In my case this was so important; he made a change in medication for my eye surgery which made helped me be successful all around. Then I got more advice later from him which made perfect sense to me! Dr. Hegale made my life better!! He would be perfect ophthalmologist for you, too!!

Everyone from the front desk staff to Doc Hagele himself were all friendly and wonderful. The extra over the top precautions for Covid seemed a bit much but certainly understandable these days. I've found my new eye doc home!

Blurry, halos, unable to see clearly since having cataract surgery a year ago. Went back and was told nothing was wrong with my eye site. Told don't need glasses, but won't be able to pass driving test in February, not able to read chart. Could see better before the surgery even with cataracts. Only drive when I must and try not to drive at night due to the halos and double vision from lights. (:
