This was my first appointment with north Bay I associates , and I was very impressed
The receptionists were very pleasant and cordial, very thorough and quick. My preliminary session with having my eyes tested was by a wonderful young woman who was very , very good at what she did. By the time I went in to see the doctor everything had been done with the exception of a few test. The doctor was able to explain what he was doing as he tested. Also, we had a follow-up to explain what was planned, What needed to be done and when it would be done. I write this entire organization very good.

Went in because eyes were tearing at inopertune moments and causing blurred vision and embarrassment when people thought I was crying because tears were flowing down my cheeks. Doctor said nothing he could suggest and that he had tested my vision and I could see fine. Said I had low tear levels. He didn't understand why someone who could see well would worry about tears running down their cheeks.
I asked him if he was at a formal dinner at a restaurant and tears were running down his cheeks wouldn't he want to find a cure and it just went over his head. At least I got a referral to a specialist in 5 months.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! People shouldn't be working in the healthcare system. I was trying to figure out something with my insurance and the lady told me it's my fault and I have to figure out when it was covered the whole time. Not only did she make me feel very uncomfortable, but my 4 year old had to hear this and started balling her eyes out. Cannot believe someone who works in healthcare/with children talks like this instead of doing what they can to help.

First timer at seeing this office and Specialist MD PhD Jasdeep Sabharwal, never met him or anyone in that office but the entire staff truly made me feel comfortable and like they knew me already. Got the feeling everyone was glad to be working their. The young lady Ruby who ran most of the tests showed compassion and care in running thru the many eye tests and she new her stuff and Patience. Doctor Sabharwal , used layman language , explained everything in detail and was very precise in what he was doing for me he took his time. To me I do not how any one else could have did me more getting to the bottom of what i needed to get me where I can see better. Two thumbs up plus a smile .
