Hemet Eye Care Center of Optometry

What's the point of them accepting medical if you're obligated to pay for the retinal imaging that clearly is optional in all the other offices I've been to. I tried to make appt for me And my 3 children. Appointment person told me I couldn't make appt unless I agreed to pay the exam for the back of the eye. I'm already medical so means I can't pay out of pocket.

omg where do I even start?!! First of the staff is so so so sweet! Jasmine and Lisa are my favorite! I went in not knowing that I wasn't able to see lol. but they helped with the frames, the lenses, everything! I just received my glasses today and I am so so happy, my vision has never been so clear! If you need glasses or just need to get your eyes checked this is the place you want to go :,) thank you so much for everything and thank you to the sweet staff :3 10/10 service!

I am looking for a new optometrist for my daughters in Hemet and I'm comparing all the business around the area in order to decide where to take them. Upon reading all the reviews, I noticed how the owner of this business replied to reviews... it is giving me a very negative impression of the business. I am leaving a review for this business to let them know the effects that the business could cause to unsuspected potential customers/patients. Not only that, I worry how the owner would reply to my own review due to patterns of attacking the reviewer (in the form of a replying to those reviews). I am experiencing unwanted, negative emotions just reading those responses. Regardless, I will keep it professional and hopefully the owner will reply to all negative reviews professionally going forward. The patient or customer might not act out in a way that was/is unwelcomed by the business. The business can choose to stay professional and let them know that lies/deceits/unconstructive comments aren't helpful and chooses to give an example or two and pointed them out in the reply. Fact: Replying to a reviewer in all caps is the same as yelling (I think everyone knows this). And then replying "...WE ARE HOPEFUL YOU FIND YOUR OFFICE WHERE THE STAFF HAS BEEN TRAINED LIKE DOGS" does not improve the business public image, at least not to me and my daughters that are potential new customers/patients. I have attached 2 screenshots to my review of this business to validate what I have said.

Used to love this place. The doctor spoke Spanish and they were very nice. After COVID, they decided they didn't want to deal with people with lives. No extra kids allowed. If you have 2 working parents and 2 kids, sorry, you both have to take the day off because your second child is not allowed. Witnessed an older man bringing his wife who obviously didn't drive and was nervous. They gave him a hard time for coming in with her. That was the final straw. I will take my business elsewhere. People have lives and can't make everything perfect and easy for the doctor's office.

Hemet Eye Care Clinic staff has always taken the time to engage in such a welcoming way. They make you feel comfortable when addressing glasses concerns and accommodations. Thank you, Jasmine and everyone at Hemet Eye Care Clinic.

Hands down BEST OPTOMETRIST!!! I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 gone to multiple different optometrist and I can definitely say there is no comparison!! Absolutely an amazing office/team, everyone is so friendly and smiles all around!! Great pricing and they genuinely care for their patients, you'll love Dr. Martinez!! Thank you guys!

Amazing timely and friendly service. Great recommendations and amazing over the top service. Made my eye exam quick and easy also great selection for glasses and good prices. Will recommend and will always come back. Thank you!!

Lisa and Jasmine are so sweet and so very helpful my experience so far has been great with them So if you go in there, make sure to ask for either of them. My nephew has been without glasses for 3 weeks and not because of them it's out of there control we'll My poor nephew is practically blind without them But Lisa has made It possible for him to get his glasses and literally put his eyes inside of a frame with no cost if I have to recommend this place, I would give it a 10 out of 10 go ask for Lisa or Jasmine. They will be taken care of you thank you so much
