The service was great. I was asked to be in the waiting room while the doctor saw me. The receptionist was able to explain to me what some plans they had before seen the doctor. The person who did the first check up was very nice and polite. Overall it was nice.

I had such a pleasant experience here! Staff is super friendly! Large variety of glasses, and great customer service. I met the manager Monica and she was such a genuinely kind person. Safe to say I will be coming back again soon!

This is where your ophthalmology needs will be met. They have a large selection, and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the manager, Monica. She attended to my needs and was so helpful, going above and beyond with my orders. I will be a returning customer.

The ladies at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting my turn with no one in front of me and they just looked at me and then back at eachother without saying a word. And when I asked for their managers name they looked at eachother and laughed right in my face. The female doctor just wanted to get me out of the room. She has no patience and keeps repeating the numbers "5 or 9" rapidly to me. I am not satisfied with this service what so ever as I am a paying customer.

The doctor was rude and condescending. She rushed my eye exam, gave poor instructions, and did not create an environment where I felt comfortable voicing concerns regarding my health. If you ask for clarification of her confusing instructions, she raises her voice at you. I also heard her being rude to the previous 3 patients before me (especially Spanish speakers). My appointment was at 5:40pm (20 min before closing) so she spent no more than 3 minutes conducting my eye exam. This caused her to incorrectly prescribe me. I cannot see well with her prescription. On the bright side, the company has great deals like free exams for 3 years for additional $10, glasses as low as $89, and both contacts and glasses exams for $120. I will not be returning to this specific location but I hope to be serviced at a different store.

Americas Best gives honor to their name, their immaculate customer service and attention to their customer is by far the very best. I went in their nervous, lost and confused but upon arrival I was greeted by Julissa who kindly took the time to tend to my needs. She was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable, I honestly felt my anxiety going away because of the amazing customer service she provided. If I can give this place more stars I would !!! The environment is peaceful, clean and they have a variety of glasses to choose from !

Just came in for Immediate attention for my eye and follow up Dr Diana de Dios is very helpful and amazing attention and helpful very much appriciate the help and attention given to me taking the time for her patients. Thank you everyone also very nice recommended
