At first I was a little skeptical about going to this location after reading some of the reviews, but I was like you know what everybody is not the same and my experience might be different...and I was right from the time I walked in everyone was so nice....but Anita the last person you see she was the best, Anita compared prices with my different insurance and help me alot with making a decision on my glasses... I didn't feel rush or anything!!! I would definitely go back...

When visiting this location, I highly recommend coming during the day shift hours. I recently came in during the evening to pick up a temporary pair of contact lenses, as advised by a morning shift employee. Unfortunately, my experience with an evening staff member named Carlos was very disappointing. He appeared agitated, was unkempt, and displayed poor manners. When I explained my situation and need for vision assistance, he became visibly frustrated and responded curtly, showing little willingness to help. Thankfully, another employee working the same shift stepped in after witnessing the interaction. She demonstrated outstanding professionalism, showed genuine concern for my needs, and even contacted her manager to help resolve the issue. Despite attending to other patients, she remained attentive and took control of the situation with compassion and care. Her exceptional service is the sole reason I will continue to do business at this location. I truly appreciate her efforts and believe she deserves recognition. However, I strongly urge that Carlos receive proper training on patient interaction and professionalism, as his behavior was unacceptable.

Scheduling, payments and doctor are all fine. However, the true extraordinary individual that deserves these 5 stars is Jose, the Licensed Optician. He is so kind, thorough, and provides great customer service. He is attentive and pays attention to the details, going the extra mile to ensure my questions are answered correctly.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful. I had zero wail time and was very pleased with the salesman who helped me select the perfect frames. I can't walt until my new glasses are ready for me to pick up

Doctor is nice however they always change locations. Customer service is disappointing team covers for each others mistakes Was quoted in PERSON one price (by staff not doctor)when I called to place my order for contacts not only was l told that price was incorrect but they increased the cost by $65. And conveniently, they have no record of the price that they gave me that the staff male staff was supposed to put in the final envelope won't be back.

Dr. Fayad was incredibly professional and kind during my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very patient throughout the entire exam. I felt well cared for and never rushed, truly a great experience.

I will NEVER go to another store unless I move out the state or the commute is ridiculous to do and there's one around the corner. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND. Carlos and Anita GET THE JOB DONE MAKE ME LAUGH AND STAY ON MY POCKET telling me if new products and other options. I simply love this store. Except for Dr.Fayad. rude and doesn't get the concept of customer service and I would never spend dime getting in this exam from him. Heaven Watson
