Diabetic Eye Medical Clinic

The staff at the diabetic eye clinic are nice. The wait time is usually long 2 hours or more keep that in mind & try to be patient & it's a good idea not to have any other appointments or plans the day of your appointment be prepared to be there for awhile & eat before you arrive or bring a snack so you're not hungry & water or something to drink , i didn't see a water cooler. The parking lot is small parking can sometimes be a challenge, it's best to get dropped off if possible. They have clean restrooms & tv's in their waiting rooms.

If my mom did not need the dr's help we definitely wouldn't be coming here. Why give an appointment time but see people by number( who walked in first). If that was the case give a day and say first come first serve. It's crazy having elderly people waiting 2-3 hours just to get pass the first step. Then have everybody stuffed in a room or hallway breathing and coughing all over the place the nurses coughing all over the place. I'm extremely disappointed and upset appointment time was 2:00pm it's now 3:34 and still ain't been seen. Find someone else, a great dr. that's not here to collect insurance money to go on nice vacations. Don't get me started, they will take you to a nice room and beg you to leave them a nice review on your second visit ( photo of said room provided) dont don't do it. This will be our 7-8 visits. Your third and fourth visit will be very crappy uncomfortable and will take up your entire day. These good reviews were fished from customers at their second visit. Don't believe me, fall in the trap if you want to.

I have been to Diabetic Eye three times now, and every single visit has been extremely disappointing. The wait time is unbelievable - even with a scheduled appointment, you are left waiting well over an hour before being seen. On one occasion, I had to wait three full hours before my first interaction with the doctor. The staff at the front desk are not friendly at all. When you ask about your appointment, instead of being helpful, they respond rudely, as if it is normal to keep patients waiting for hours. It feels very disrespectful and unprofessional. A medical clinic should respect patients' time and treat them with kindness, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

Don't come to this place, wait to long to see the doctor. Overcrowded, no parking 2 hours visit Not good

I got my meta glasses and my regular didn't wanna put my Rx on them. I went to Claudia at diabetic eye medical clinic and she was super helpful and took my Rx n a week later I got my glasses back. Can wait to start using them. Thank you so much

I have been treated very well by Dr Peace and his staff throughout all my visits and I'm excited to be able to see better after surgery!

Took a coworker here for a Cataract. We were very impressed from the front office's to the back office. These people were very professional and gave excellent customer service.. Co-worker and I waited about 20 minutes, before she was called, to the back. Co-Worker said she moved very quickly while in the back office, from eyes being dilated, then moving to several other examination rooms. Co- worker said, Dr Piece, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding her eye condition. Office was modern and very clean, with shiny wooden floors. They do regular eye exam as well. Would recommend this place located 431 N Prairie Ave in Inglewood

The only thing I had a problem with was the building looked closed. Security was hostile. Anyway after getting up to the 7th floor I felt welcome. It was smooth. I would recommend that place. Everything went smooth. I would recommend that place. I always tell Dr piece he has a well-oiled machine here at the office. I'm really impressed.
