Eye Care For Diabetics

My appointment was at 10 but I got here at :9:50. Current time is 12:52. I waited in the hallway because the waiting room was full. When an hour and a half had passed by before I was seen I got my little exam and they dialted my eyes at 11:20 and I've been waiting in the TV room evere since(12:58 btw). I've never had to wait to so long for an appointment tent in my life. They only have 2 doctors, they need 2 more at least.

I am so grateful for the service I received here at this establishment. My mother and I have been struggling with vision issues for some years. The doctor and staff here are so very attentive and accommodating.They took us without an appointment because I had a bad experience the night before while driving. I couldn't wait for an appointment. I called the office and they told me walk in was not a problem. The environment is very tranquil, great relaxing music and heart warming arts surrounding the office. The doctor did a thorough exam, he was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and he listened to my concerns. I was able to purchase a glasses from a selection of frames. Ms Rosie was very patient with me finding a pair that suited me. In only a few weeks I received my eye glasses (bifocal) and I absolutely love it. This glasses corrected my night vision problem and I no longer have to strain my eyes to read. Bye headaches and light rays. Driving at night is no longer scary. Parking is available in the garage, take your ticket upstairs for validation. Theirs a gift shop/ pharmacy on first floor as well as a deli store and quest diagnostic is also on the first floor. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor make 2 lefts, the office is the first door on the right. I highly recommend this office. Thanks Dr Vaughn, Rosie and staff.

Had appointment at 10 am. Was here at 950. They said it would take 1 hour total. It is 1130 I have been waiting for 90 minutes and only have gotten dialating eye drops. This is not professional or responsible for them to do.

In fact, the doctor is more than excellent in service, and the assistant staff is very comfortable and punctual, and the secretarial provides you with immediate service, in addition to answering your calls quickly and without negligence. Also, the clinic has very wonderful glasses and excellent prices.

Friendly staff! My glasses came in a week. The wait was a little long but it's understandle the doctor is great and he has a lot of business.

The receptionist kept me on hold for 20 min and I'm still waiting as of now
