Dr. Vaughn is a great ophthalmologist. Not only is he caring and thorough, but he is also a great technician. I met him more than 30 years ago when he was a highly regarded specialist at UCLA, and have been coming to him ever since. He's the best! All his medical staff is excellent. They are well trained, and when I come to the office everything proceeds smoothly. The clerical staff is also excellent. When I walk into the office I feel like I'm with friends. Even when the office is crowded with patients you don't have to wait forever. They care. It's the way medicine should be practiced.

Excellent Dr, very patient and skilled, he has a fun loving heart, the facility is nice and the staff is great, my mom is 90, she's hard on trusting Drs but she still able to enjoy Dr Vaughns jovia jokes .. His office is covered with Angels .. I would love for Dr Vaughn to engage more questions concerning elderly patients stability with surgery's consulting , but overall he's a great at his skills

In 2 years, I haven't had anything to complain about...I'd recommend him in a heartbeat...No trouble with my appointments which I try to get scheduled around 3pm...No long waits....Does thorough exams...Asks if I've had problems I want him to address...Does so...And he's in/nearby my hood...I'm just hoping that he's not considering retirement anytime soon!

Extremely mediocre. All they care about is you wearing a face mask than actually treating one's eyes.
IN SUMMARY:
1) Got there at 8.45am when my appt was at 9.30am, only to be seen at close to 11am.
2) No apology was rendered from Leroy per se and Nubia, the subordinate.
3) She basically dismissed me and walked away.
4) Same irritatingly condescending Nubia lady gave me eye drops without telling me what they were, only to blur my vision for hours.
4) During the session , the doc in question dismissed me and all my issues and I ended up leaving , whilst filing a complaint.
5) Front desk lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, unbelievable stuff.
