Randomly googled and the front desk was very professional. Took me as a walk in. Glasses and contacts came back in a reasonable time. Doctor was very professional and explained everything in detailed on what he was doing. Great first time experience . Update after going to them for a couple years I moved far away and for some reason one of my daughters who didn't need glasses before needed them now and couldn't get them because this office used her insurance for some glasses when she never needed them from this office. Sounds fishy to me. Having insurance company run an investigation.

Receptionist need some learning. She got upset when I told her I didn't want to order the glass today. She didn't want to give me the prescription. Calling customers boo is not professional too. Definitely needs training. And she needs to know customers has the right to order their glasses anywhere they want. I believe the doctor was excellent but I am not recommending this for the service I got from the receptionist.

Despite bad or negative reviews not recent , I made appt. since near by my house and accepting of my ins. I did not get the girls name at front desk but she was super nice and funny on phone only to meet her in person at front desk and was prompted right away and seen and done in under 15 min. Great rates, fast service with a friendly and quite sufficient team of employees. I recommend family like atmosphere and friendly!

Very disappointed with the service of lack there of. This makes my 2nd year as a patient of Craig Carter. Visits are simple , eye exam and contact order. Craig Carter was selected because I try to support Black owned businesses, although I work in DTLA which would be extremely convenient to visit the office during the lunch hour I try support local business owners. Feb.21,2019 contacted the office for an exam and a RUSH order of contacts.Explained to Alicia was completely out of lenses. Was told to allow 2 weeks. Contacted office 3/10 to obtain status.Was told will call once lenses arrived,they were in transit. 3/15 contacted office to again obtain status, if office had a pair they could provide while waiting (seemly this should have been offered if they knew what constitutes customer service.) During the conversation asked if order was able to be cancel if they were not in transit.Was told by Alicia not sure if order could be cancelled since they quite possibly could arrive later that day, would speak with the doctor and callback on Monday. 3/22 inquired status of lenses and was informed by Alicia order had been cancelled since I had not paid for them. I keep receipts and took them into the office. Then the story changed to order was cancelled because I had waited so long.ARE YOU KIDDING ME. An efficient office would know when they have received payment, that a callback was offered to follow up and under no circumstance take it upon herself to 'cancel' something without FIRST speaking with your patient. Will be eligible to exam/contacts eff April and have contacted Dr. Harabedian in DTLA. Can't support BLACK OWNED BUSINESS with this type of POOR service. And may I add at no time did ALICIA offer an apology for her error nor the delay. I'm certain the order was never placed.

You CAN'T go off of everyone's reviews. I was going to go off 1 bad review, THANK GOD I didn't. The receptionist goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for the clients , she makes it feel as though we are all family , and shes VERY PROFESSIONAL. Dr.Carter is amazing at what he does HANDS DOWN! I know my eyes are bad BUT I SAW THIS VERY CORRECTLY. If you need your eyes check GO HERE.Yes they take medical too and the glasses are reasonable.

I went into office December 2015 for a eye exam I left my old frame to have lenses put in I called several times only to find out my frame had been broken. I asked for a few dollars for my frame and was denied. I went back Aug 29 2016 to get a copy of my prescription and was told I would have to pay $10.00 this place is very unprofessional never again.

Rude receptionist over the phone... Don't lie and claim someone raised their tone with you when they never did. I spoke calmly and without cursing.. You were unprofessional and just didn't want to do your job.. Poor poor business.. That's how you loose customers.. Especially ones that know who your boss is.

Phone service great,front desk great, office great..I love this place. Dr. Is nice and patient...i Would recommend him to anyone .
