PIH Health Eye Care Center

I am sitting in the office, waiting for my parent's appointment, and I am witnessing their front dest staff complain about their job procedures and going back and forth talking about personal issues as well. Their language is unprofessional and inappropriate for patients to hear. One employee with lightened hair was complaining about senior patients walking in and requesting an appointment. Last I checked, that is how businesses operate to have revenue come in and keep the doors open and keep these employees employed. Decorum is not an asset in this office. I would highly recommend that any senior patient bring in a person to help them maneuver through the tablet check-in procedure. It is not senior friendly and also has a tricky step where it asks patients to enter credit card numbers. It does have a decline button, however I noticed multiple patients hung up on those step. I would definitely not recommend this PIH office.

I had my very first experience with Dr. Chester Cheng and his staff at the PIH Eye Care Center and I was extremely impressed. The Eye Center was highly recommended by friends and now I know why. Dr. Cheng performed the most thorough eye examination I have ever had. He explained all my vision problems and concerns in detail. I am in healthcare and it is especially nice to received this kind of care. Kudos to Dr. Cheng and his staff!

I've been suffering from a infected stye for about a week. After to urgent care with no relief, I called Dr. Yang office. The receptionist squeeze me in her schedule same day. Dr. Yang was amazing!! I strongly recommend Dr. Yang to anyone looking for a optometrist who really cares about your well being. The staff was welcoming and awesomely!!

I have been coming here for about five years and have always had the best experience. I have never had to wait long, and everyone is super friendly from the receptionists to the doctors. I never feel rushed and I'm always able to ask however many questions I'd like to with a thorough answer and even recommendations. I really appreciate having somewhere to go where I feel so comfortable for my eye care.

Vicky was super helpful with confirming if my vision insurance was accepted at their eye care center. She called me back within minutes.

I did not care for the service i received. They kept me waiting, nobody else was in the office. The doctor didn't offer any remedy for my diagnosis. Glad i haven't been back.

Very slow 1 1/2 hour wait...i left, will find another optometrist
