Five stars. I had an excellent experience at Laguna Coast Optometry. The entire team was incredibly kind and accommodating, and they were able to get me in the very next day, which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff, especially Dylan, was welcoming, helpful, and made the check-in process seamless. Even my doodles were greeted with friendliness, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough, making the appointment feel easy and stress-free. This experience completely took away my anxiety about going to the eye doctor and left me feeling genuinely grateful to have found such a wonderful practice so close to home. We lost our home in the Palisades fire. My daughter and I lost our contacts and needed some right away. We came down to my wife's family's home in Laguna and I contacted Laguna Coast Optometry. Dylan and the optometrist set up us with a free supply to get us through until our order arrived. You can see the true nature of someone when crisis hits. Laguna Coast Optometry provided the best services EVER! I love them. I purchased just about "all" of my sunglasses there over the past years, I love how they are sincere and have your best interest at heart. I have been a very happy customer! I even introduced my mom to them and she is extremely happy with her new digital progressive lenses! Dr. Duong has provided great care for my mother and I am extremely greatful! I have had great experiences at Dr. Duong's office. He and his staff are fantastic...very professional, personable and caring. My entire family of 4 are treated here and my 2 (tween/teenage) daughters both actually enjoy going to the eye doctor! The quality of the care is top-notch..I would (and do) recommend Dr. Duong to anyone looking for a competent, qualified and courteous eye doctor in Laguna Beach...

Laguna Coast Optometry SAVED MY EYE SITE! Thank you Ryan and Dr Nguyen. I get regular exams at Laguna Coast and thankfully the doctor educates me on my eyes, and I actually listened! Beginning of 2019 I wasn't in California and had an eye situation so I went to a reputable eye surgeon in that area and the doctor told me I had a torn retina, it would heal, continue with my holiday. Five days later I was home, it wasn't getting better so I went to see Ryan at Laguna Coast and a last walk-in with Dr Nguyen. They immediately rushed me to a clinic for emergency eye surgery. Laguna Coast took time to educate me I knew I was in trouble and if Ryan and the doctor hadn't rushed me to the hospital I would be blind in my left eye. Thank you for showing care and concern for my wellbeing.

Staff is very helpful & doctor is nice & calm. They helped me with a contact emergency & DR gave me his cell so he went out of his way! Much appreciated.

Dr. Duong and his wife are the best! They run a very professional, customer service driven practice with a huge selection of eyewear. I've referred many friends to the practice, and everyone loves them just as much as me!

I am from Australia and needed glasses repaired asap. Went to Lag Coast Optical and dealt with Ryan who was very helpful and professional. Organised for a repair which was completed on the same day.
