I booked an appointment for 12:10, showed up at 12:20 and was told the doctor was leaving for her lunch??? No grace period, wasn't told that they would just leave to go eat. I understand that it's close to their lunch break, but then maybe don't schedule appointments so close to their break.

Front desk receptionists couldn't help my mother who spoke Spanish. She was there with my sister but she had to do her exam to be able to help my mom. One receptionist was busy so he couldn't help her. The other receptionist spoke Spanish but didn't want to speak to my mother in Spanish today on 10/20/2025. Hire better staff if they are too embarrassed to speak other languages than English. Overall, terrible service. Only good people are the doctors.
