Michael Rose, MD

I'm not one to write bad reviews but today I will. I walked into the office and no one offers to help me, they looked at me but did not say hello or tell me someone would be right with me, it felt uncomfortable for me. I asked who could assist me and that I had an appt at 11:10, I was a a few minutes early. I filled out paperwork and was finished by 11:10, at 11:30 no one had approached me. I asked the receptionist how long it was going to be to see the doctor. She told me it would be another 10 minutes. My time is valuable, if my appt. is for 11:10, I expect to be seen around that time or to be politely told the doc is running behind. I was intending to pay cash, but regardless if I'm a cash customer or have insurance for me waiting 30 minutes is unacceptable. I am in the service business and I make an effort to make people feel comfortable and welcome. This office needs to hone in on these skills.

Dr. Michael has being my eye doctor for over 30 years, thanks to my father and to Doctor Michael I can see. I had Retina ditach when I was 17 years old. One of the first patient to had lasser surgery.

Dr. Rose has been my eye physician for over 30 years. He is the best in diagnosing and care! A gem!

Dr. Rose is the best. Very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you to him and his team for a wonderful job.
