Good office. Good doctors. Very professional and kind staff. No rudeness. No beef. Very helpful. Treated my ear infection and refilled my medicine while I was waiting to be seen by a new psychiatrist. The downside is that I went to them because I heard online that they offer telehealth psychiatry through their website. I thought it would be easier to be seen and less trouble when having to find a ride. They told me I had to switch my primary care provider to see someone though. I did and then found out they don't really do psychiatry because they only have a nurse practitioner, and she isn't always comfortable prescribing medicine. The primary care doctor was extremely nice, understanding, informative, and patient. At least my ear infection was resolved easily and I'm not in pain anymore. I highly recommend them, but if you need a psychiatrist just be aware that you're going to go through a ridiculous process trying to see someone and they might not even want to treat you due to limitations.

What a STELLAR Visit we had with Dr. Carlson and the AMAZING Live Oak Vision team. We we're roomed timely, coached through testing, educated by Dr. On our conditions and felt taken care of the entire visit. Great job and Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Everyone I dealt with was so nice and made me feel comfortable. On my first visit with Thomas Devine it was so great to finally feel heard. He sent my referral to the sleep study place right away. I have been with 2 other Doctors before him and they never got around to doing it. I had one night of testing already and I just needed one more. I recommend Peach tree clinic in live oak

Live Oak Peach Tree is always super friendly, willing to accommodate as needed. I enjoyed seeing the receptionist every time I arrive. And Gabby and her nurses care about me. My appointment are quick and thorough. I never feel rushed.

Amazing care! Kind, Caring and Professional. Their Drs and staff are caring and compassionate. Drs are also experienced in up to date medical care. Drs consider your mental health when speaking to paitents as well as when diagnosing. Dr Gabby is a rare gem in Butte County, greatful for her work in our area!

I had been seeing sparkles or "fireflies" and floaters. I talked to an advise nurse who told me to see a doctor within 3 to 4 hours. I called the Ampla clinic i usually go to. They told me their urgent care doesn't do eyes. I tried calling the eye care department and they never answered the phone. I had been seeing Peach Tree doctors for eye care before Ampla had eye care, so I called them. I still couldn't walk in to urgent care for an eye problem, but there was appointment available the next morning. I took that because otherwise I would need to wait at least a month for an appointment. I had not been to the Live Oak clinic before, but it wasn't very far. The experience was pleasant. The people were friendly and helpful. The doctor listened and understood my concern about vitreous detachment. He didn't see any retinal damage, which is what I wanted checked. He saw at least 1 floater. We talked about the possibility of blood pressure or spinal stenosis affecting my optic nerves. I showed him my glasses from the other Peach Tree clinic. An ear piece had broken off almost a year ago when I had only had the glasses a few months. He said to show them to the guy at the desk. The guy at the desk handed them to a lady around the corner and they told me to go back to the waiting room. After a few minutes they gave me my new green glasses frames with my old lenses. They stay on my face better with both earpieces. Now I can wear them more and see a little better. I like the color. They feel comfortable. I was glad I went. I was beyond satisfied because I got more than I expected from this visit.

It was great. I've known Dr. Cassidy for many years and he's always been the most amazing doctor. Really nice guy and I was super happy I was able to have him for the short time that I was there. I'm really going to miss not having him as my doctor. Thank you
