South Bay Eye Care Optometry

Wonderful staff, from entering the building I was greeted with a nice "Hello" from behind the front desk. The young lady that assisted with my pre screening was very gentle and kind. The eye pressure machine is not my favorite and I have trouble each time, she somehow got each eye on the first try. The doctor is very informative, relaxed, and explained what she was doing and the process each time she was doing something. I felt very confident and at ease here. I truly appreciate how nice and smooth everything went. I will recommend to anyone who needs a great eye doctor in the area.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful ophthalmologist! They were able to get my eye glasses same day and the perfect frame I had chosen! Always a great experience!

The eye dr and her staff are amazing. Really close to home the exam and ordering my glasses took about 30 minutes. Very professional and personable ! I'm glad I went to this optometrist.

I've been seeing Dr. Su for my annual eye exam for many many years (probably 15-20 years at least!). Even though I moved away from the South Bay quite a while ago, I still make the trek to see her because I love her so much. She's wonderful, kind, and thorough, which is very important to me with complex eye health/vision concerns, and her staff are great too with taking care of things like random issues with my prescriptions and contacts that crop up. I also love that she's open on Saturdays. Finally, I really like being able to communicate with the office over text as well -- super convenient!

I had a pair of glasses that lost one hinge screw. I took it in, no appointment, and they were able to find a screw and reassembled the glasses. And refused to charge me! That's so nice! I appreciate them so much, I will be back to thank them! And when it's time to update my prescription lenses, I will definitely go see them! Thank you all!

Such a great staff and intimate office!! Loved the care we got as new patients and will be letting our friends and family know how great it is!!

I've ways had a very good experience here. I've been treated by Dr Su for around 16 years now. Dr and her support staff have always taken good care of me with my eye care.
