America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Maria saved my eyes on this extended work trip. I got extended for a few more days and needed contacts. Ordered supplies that got shipped back home in Texas. Called and Maria accommodated and assisted with a trial pair until I get home. Professional, kind, generous and fantastic customer service while servicing someone else simultaneously. When you call in, talk to her. There's only 1 Maria at this location!!!!!

They gave my sons glasses away or they lost them. Not professional, take your business somewhere else. Been waiting more than a month , I will have to wait more. Their boss made a mistake with my insurance and she told me she would personally call me back, Never did. I had to come in person to hear that they gave away my sons current glasses that just got the lenses changed away to another person. Imagine sorry son be blind at school, the optometrist office gave your glasses away.

Purchased two pairs of glasses a few months back went in to get them sized since they were too wide. One pair remained slightly fitted while the other only got wider and slide's completely off my face. When I called the first time the person that answered mentioned I had warranty on both glasses. What that covers is nothing but I'm certain it's an additional cost., She then said she needed to speak to her manager whom wasn't available one week later and no follow up. I just phoned them to be put on hold by the same individual and left on hold so when I called the second time I spoke to a different individual one who told me unless I purchased a new set I wouldn't be getting a replacement. Warranty does nothing I paid nearly $900 for two pairs that are the cheapest quality frames I've ever bought. I will never give my business to this company ever and you shouldn't either.

I went in on November to get a replacement frame... they didn't have it but luckily i had my secondary pair and told the girl to get me the frames for the secondary pair, which they did have in stock. she told me she'd place an order for my primary frames and started the process of assembling the lens of the secondary frame. She tells me there's an issue with my lens not being able to sit right on the frame, so what she told me was that she'd order another pair and to come back so she can fix it. I was a bit frustrated but whatever I leave because I need to go to work. Two months later, I go back to pick them up just to find out that they order two pairs of the same frame.. problem is... ITS THE FRAME OF THE SECONDARY PAIR in which I don't need. I leave upset because I have to go another week or two with messed up glasses. I go to another America's best to find the frame I want and guess what? IT'S DISCONTINUED. If that was the case why not tell me that from the start instead of having me waste my time?? Unbelievable. I was planning to go back and situate it but i'd rather not waste my time and energy on these clowns.

The manager doesn't know what she's doing. She mentioned she was gone for over 4 months and is supposedly getting stuff together which made sense when I come to find out she had been back for a while and uses it as an excuse for the way she operates her store. Horrible experience overall don't recommend I say the company is good just not this store or especially management.

The bus services I have received with my eye care and due to the fact that I have a really strong prescription in my eyes Thank you so much for your services. I can't wait to get my glasses.

I had what was probably,one of my best customer service experiences here. Everyone I encountered were nice and professional. Love my frames,highly recommend. Priscilla,Candy,Alex and Anthony;thank you for your help and patience. To the doctor and tech who did my eye exams,thank you.
