Dr. Le is wonderful! She's very friendly and pleasant, with excellent bedside manners. She takes her time during eye exams, is very caring, and explains everything in detail without ever making you feel rushed. I really appreciate her thoroughness and genuine concern for her patients. Highly recommend!

Although I had preregistered & confirmed appointment time (3pm), a woman who was attempting to schedule a first time meeting was given 15 minutes uninterrupted attention b4 I was acknowledged. I was not taken in until 3:20pm. After being dilated, Iwas told to wait another 5 minutes b4 beginning the exam. 20 minutes later, I was seen, the ophthalmologist appologized as she explained that another patient took longer than expected. Dr. Le is quite cordial, but it took 90 minutes for an examination that could have been accomplished in 20 minutes! Despite the above criticism, all staff members were pleasant & the facilities are 1st class. Dr. Le was quite informative & professional. I was over-all appreciative with my visit.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Do is great. She explains things clearly and answers all my questions. I've been going to eye doctors regularly but she was the first one to diagnose my glaucoma and macular degeneration.

I was disappointed with my visit to Azul Vision in Long Beach. As soon as the doctor came out to get me, she stared at me confused and asked why I was there, saying she didn't know my insurance or what I was covered for. It felt unprofessional, and she should have already known the reason for my appointment. Her attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing her.
I came in with specific eye concerns, but instead of addressing them, she asked whether I wanted a prescription exam or something else. The exam ended up being extremely basic, with no imaging or evaluation of my retinal or internal eye health -- which was the whole reason I booked with an ophthalmologist.
After waiting two weeks and driving a long distance, I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously and that the visit didn't address the issue I came in for.
