Brinley and Morad Optometry

Great optometrist. He's thorough with his explanation of what he's doing and changes w/ur vision; he actually takes the time to get to know you (he takes notes.. lol..). His staff is friendly and very helpful. Teresa is the best! That woman is so knowledgeable, funny and honest (she's got an eye for what's trending)... and always makes sure to do what's in your best interest. I would recommend getting there a little early, to get started on looking at frames, bc you have a HUUUUGE selection. You'll know what I mean when you walk in. Yes, parking is in the structure but don't worry, they validate it.

Dr. Brinley was great; office management and insurance management, not so much. Spent 3 months trying to get my contact lens prescription paperwork from them (only received glasses prescription), no response. Finally got a call and was informed that my insurance hadn't been charged yet, but if I was going to buy contacts elsewhere (1800 contacts), I would have to pay out of pocket for the contact lens fitting exam to receive my prescription as they "could not" bill my insurance separately for just the exam sans contact lens order. This process (of billing both the fitting exam as well as the contacts) was never discussed during my office visit. Definitely felt like a miscommunication that turned into a weird hostage situation to pay to get my contact prescription. I can afford the surprise cost but beware and make sure you're communicating extremely clearly to the office staff if you have any questions about your prescription, paperwork, or co-pay. I will not be returning.

Went for an eye exam and Dr. Brinley was super professional and informative. The eye exam was quick and he was able to fit me for contacts and gave me some to take. Front desk staff was great and helpful with any insurance questions!

Saw Dr L and he was amazing. The front staff was kind and the whole process was very efficient. This is the first time I've been to the eye doctor in many years and I was so pleased! Dr L really knows his profession so well and he was able to elaborate on so much when it came to the details of my prescription. Definitely will be going there from now on. 10/10

This has been my Eye Dr for 20 years he treats you with the up most care and has the best assortment of glasses

frame prices are ridiculous. they have zero affordable options. everything is high end, luxury brands. be prepared to spend at least $400 for a single pair of basic glasses.

Excellent service very covid compliant which is always nice to see. I needed prescription glasses for the first time and their exam was very thorough and they used the latest diagnosis equipment which was also very pleasing to see. The staff were extremely helpful friendly and they had a great range of frames to choose from. I would highly recommend their service to any of my friends who need it! Five stars definitely well deserved. Well done guys!
