Dr. Anthony Huynh, O.D.

Dr Anthony Huynh and front desk staff are excellent, cordial and knowledgeable. All other staff whom answer phone are flat dull inexperienced customer services that makes a patient prior to visiting the Anaheim facility fear and doubt with second thought to not keeping the appts with them. Something must be done either the Director or Cystomer services manager be replaced in order to have satisfaction of patients needed met

Dr was ok. Front office girls, rude and unattentive. The one that was supposed to help(as the one doing nothing told me to see her) was on a personal call for quite awhile. I didn't check out, i told her to email me what ever she needed from me and left.

Dr. Huynh was incredibly helpful and took his time talking to me and hearing my complaints and addressed all of them very efficiently and effectively I'm grateful for his help

Dr Huynh takes care of my condition with care and it's always suggesting better ways to feel comfortable.

After seeing this provider we did not feel confident in his care and went to get a second opinion. Dr Huynh did not listen to my mother's concerns and even after asking questions did not take the time or effort to clarify things. His back office staff was also clearly over worked. You could feel the annoyance and irritability in her manner of care because they were the only ones there that day seeing patients. Front office staff were much kinder and helped with scheduling after the fact but over all my experience at this office was horrible and I will not be coming back here again. We preferred to drive further out and committed to surgery with the second opinion doctor.

Very rude. Chastised for missing appointments when his office was the one who rescheduled and told me to buy better insurance to be seen in timely manner and said "you get what you pay for". Did not care that I have to take time off to bring brother to appointments. No greeting either.

It was a great. Very efficient and very friendly staff.

I was a nervous wreck before surgery, but everyone was so patient and wonderful, I highly recommend everyone. And I love my new sight
