Iv been going here for about 4(?) years now and Dr. Hopkins is always kind and efficient! The selection of glasses never disappoints either! It is also very helpful that they take frames you bring as well.

I had my annual checkup with Dr. Lisa Hopkins, and the experience was wonderful. The office staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth and easy. My experience started out positive -- everyone was friendly, and the initial visit went smoothly. Things shifted, however, when I returned because I couldn't see out of my new glasses (which is fairly common with a higher prescription). I explained the issue and mentioned that my previous glasses were from Zenni, which I suspect led to a misunderstanding. Rather than clarifying, the energy in the office noticeably changed, and I felt rushed and unheard. During the exam, I was already nervous, and when I hesitated while choosing between the images (as anyone might), Dr. Hopkins became visibly frustrated. She sharply told me she couldn't help me unless I calmed down. I understand how challenging refractions can be, especially with higher prescriptions, but the delivery mattered -- her tone left me feeling embarrassed, flustered, and nearly in tears. Because of that interaction, I was too anxious to return to pick up my glasses in person. I'm now left with a pair that sits crooked and slides down, and I don't feel comfortable going back. I wish my experience had remained as positive as it began, but unfortunately I can't recommend this office based on how the situation was handled.

I have been going to Dr. Hopkins' office for almost 20 years. They are prompt, professional and a truly nice team. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor for exams, glasses, etc.!

Absolutely fantastic staff! I went in on 10/31 for a full exam (haven't had one in a while). It was about 45 mins to see the lab tech and Dr, but it honestly felt like 5. They were so friendly and helpful.

Dr Hopkins is wonderful and always takes the time to discuss changes and needs. Every time I have an exam Dr Hopkins is listening and true cares about my well being.

Highly cordial and professional staff; including all in the office. The reception, the Dr and specialists. Jim has tremendous knowledge of the insurance process and has always been supportive and helpful.
