Eye Physicians of Long Beach: Anne Freeman, OD

I don't know how there's only one review (and a 5 star at that). Maybe they get them removed. Have been seeing a dr here for the last 18 months. Biggest issue, was having major vision issues due to a cataract, employer required a dr letter. First they gave me the wrong letter (was a detailed visit summary with all my personal information). Rather than completing a proper letter the dr called and left a message, and failed to call back the next day as promised. It took two weeks after that to get an actual letter mailed to me.....which never appeared. It was another two weeks to get a proper letter sent, but that letter was all generalizations with no detail. So here I am 7 weeks and my HR dept is pissed I haven't brought the letter yet. Thanks!!! Should also add, feels like they just stretch out visits. They surely try to manage as many patients as possible, the waiting room is often full, with people waiting over an hour beyond their appt time.
