I had the best experience at Frame + Sight! This is one of the nicest optometry offices I've been to. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Truong was exceptional--thorough, attentive, and clearly very skilled. Customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. They have a great selection of frames and helped me choose the most commentary style. Highly recommend!

I was searching for a new eye doctor and came across this clinic. It had great reviews and is conveniently close by. Based on past experiences, I usually stay away from large chain locations since their attention to detail often isn't there -- but I'm so glad I gave this place a try! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest team. I truly appreciate the care and thought that went into making the space so inviting and visually beautiful -- fitting for an optometry clinic! The young lady who performed my initial exam (I wish I remembered her name!) was patient, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Truong went over every detail of my exam with kindness and care. I never felt rushed -- just completely comfortable and well taken care of. Leslie, who helped me select my glasses, was also wonderful. She was patient, attentive, and never pressured me to make a quick decision. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be referring my friends and family here. Give them a try -- you'll likely end up choosing them as your primary optometrist too!

Our whole family has had a great experience at Frame and Site for the last 2 years! Upon walking in this morning, my son couldn't stop saying "it smells nice in here", though it wasn't any particular scent haha. Leslie is great with our 4-year-old son and was able to keep him as focused as an 4-year-old can be. Dr. Truong is great with her assessment and verbalizes her results so that we can understand. Highly recommend you come to Frame and Site for your optometry needs!

We are new in town and needed to find a new eye doctor. Our first experience at Frame + Sight was definitely very positive and comfortable. We appreciated the kindness and patience (I tried on way too many frames!). It's safe to say that we have found our new eye doctor! Thank you!!

Not only is this the most aesthetic optometry clinic I've ever been to, but everyone that works there just genuinely seems to enjoy what they do! I was warmly greeted by Wilson, Trina, and Dr. Truong, and they all worked fast to get me checked-in and going on my appointment. All the preliminary eye check-up machines are state-of-the-art (no air puff machine, YAY), and the VR simulation was a fun experience! Dr. Truong was very thorough with the examination (I did glasses and contacts). She corrected my last prescription (done by someone else) based on a series of questions after she noticed I was experiencing eye dryness. My previous prescription was way too strong, so she lowered them to where it felt a lot more comfortable without compromising my vision. She let me try on a few different contacts for the best fit and let me take trials home. I also got glasses there where she has a great selection despite being a smaller shop. She hand selects the frames and knows all about the selection! She does the lenses in-house! I left with a year's worth of lenses, new glasses, and some sunblock for my face. Even though I used my insurance, she made sure to give me even more money back with any coupons/rebates she had! Definitely the best optometry experience I've had. Another thing to note is that parking was easy to find since it is within a plaza.

This was my first visit to Frame and Sight Optometry. I felt welcomed right away and the staff was very polite! Dr. Truong was very thorough and really took time to fit my challenging cornea's with the best sclera lenses. I look forward to working with Frame and Sight in the future.
