Dr Harshad Patel saved my vision. I had a case of strabismus and he performed the surgery. Other ophthalmologist were hesitant to take my case, but Dr Patel did and now I can see without glasses and no more double vision. Dr Patel takes time to clearly explain the procedure. He's professional yet friendly and I felt confident that he could successfully perform this delicate surgery. Thanks Dr Patel!

Dr. Patel is awesome. He treated and then operated on my 17 month old with double esotropia. Each appointment he was prompt and personable. I really appreciated his clear communication and his fun interactions with my son. Highly recommend!

I had to take my daughter for a wandering eye she has. This place was great with my daughter. Nurse Carmen and the Doctor were both kind and patient with my 2 year old. They explained everything to me and gave me reputable links were I can find more information on her condition. I was nervous because I haven't had the best experiences in other offices but I'm glad I was referred here.

I recently called to schedule an appointment for my son and was met with an unwelcoming and unhelpful response from the front desk staff. The receptionist did not greet me upon answering the phone and immediately inquired about our insurance provider. When I informed her that we have a PPO plan (provide the specifics), she stated she wasn't sure if they were in-network and suggested I contact our insurance company to verify. This was surprising, as I would expect a medical office to have this information readily available. I understand that verifying insurance details can be complex, but the lack of assistance and the curt manner in which the call was handled left me surprised. Given the numerous positive reviews, I had high expectations for this practice. However, my experience suggests that other parents seeking care for their children might want to consider alternative providers who offer more transparent and supportive appointment scheduling processes.

I recently visited this clinic with my mother and little brother, and our experience was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the doctor was extremely patient and great with kids. My little brother is quite sensitive, but he didn't cry or complain at all, which really impressed me. The team went above and beyond--they even accommodated us an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We're definitely coming back for our next appointment. Highly recommend!

Doctor Patel is amazing! He walked me through each step in my process of removing cataract and the recovery process as well. All of his office staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. 10 out of 10!!

I was very happy with Dr Patels's care. I have had double vision in my left eye for 5-7 years. He was able to fix it in an hour surgery! It was amazing! My daughter had an accident on her right eye, she punctured her eye and was an emergency situation. Dr. Patel was the Surgent for my daughter operation and made it clear for me to understand and answered questions so I can understand. It was a really stressful time for me I just wanted my daughter vision to go back and just wanted her to be able to see. He was there giving the correct medication was seeing her every week and still seeing her now. Dr. Patel is a really good doctor and I'm really grateful that he is my daughter eye doctor.
