This review is long overdue. I have nothing but respect and admiration for this little neighborhood clinic. DocTomlin and her staff. The glasses they provide are excellent. I've gotten two that lasted. Lost the first pair. Still have the second 3 years now. I moved to Korea town. Changed optometry for convenience. DLP Eyegroup, I think. So-so service, the eye glasses, lasted about 6 months. the ones that were covered by the insurance were poorly made. I had to change opthamolgist and clinic to Lenscrafters. Thank you, medi-care. Anyhow, I highly recommend this place to those who live in LBC.

I had a great experience at Dr. Tomlin's practice. Her entire staff including her are thorough, caring and take the time to explain each procedure. I absolutely adored the gentleman at the front desk (I wish I caught his name) and our back and forth friendly banter. I am glad I found an awesome optometrist since making the move to Long Beach.

I love Dr. Luelinda Tomlin. I've had glasses for a long time and have met many optometrist, and she seriously is the best by far. She listens and is extremely thorough and an all around wonderful person. I felt like I was with family with her, not just another doctors appointment. But in all honesty the receptionist, i.e. her husband, can be kind of rude. I don't think he means to be rude... I think it's just his personality... but it can be off-putting and make you feel unwelcome. .. so be prepared for that because the receptionist will probably never change since he's part of the business... overall you will get a 10/10 experience with Dr. Luelinda ... just watch out for the receptionist who can be unmannerly.

Went for a visual acuity exam and had a full eye exam. Had each test explained to me as they were done and their importance to my eye health. Great service.

Always an easy visit! The staff is great and always so helpful. Dr. Tomlin is amazing at what she does day in and day out. I really enjoy Adrianna input in picking the right pair of glasses. She's always patient and makes feel like your not just another patient.

I just had my second visit with them today. I wanted to take advantage of my insurance and get an exam, looked this place up on Google Maps and looked at the reviews. The reviews are right, going in there was really great! The receptionist girl is super nice and the small office has a very warm atmosphere. I scheduled for a Friday morning and though their parking lot is super small, there were several spots available. The older Asian lady is really funny and personable and laughs a lot, she was great. Tomlin herself was very nice and a soothing presence and answered my questions patiently. The caucasian woman Linda was very personable as well and came out to help me pick out frames. I definitely recommend this place and will come here as long as i still live in the area :)
