The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because when I was ordering my eyeglasses from a third party provider, and needed the pupilary distance information, which wasn't included in the prescription, I was told by the office that they would only give me that information if I bought the eyeglasses from Azul Vision, which sounded like extortion to me. Apart from that everything else was fine.

You complete a detailed pre-visit check-in taking photos of iD cards, a detailed listing of all medications, etc.. However, the front desk needs the same ID cards because "they don't have access to the check in information ". Then, when I met with medical assistant she asked me "what medications are you taking". She too stated that she didn't have access to the pre check-in information. WHY ASK YOUR PATIENTS TO COMPLETE A DETAILED PRE CHECK-IN IF NO ONE IN THE OFFICE HAS ACCESS TO THE SURVEY?

Never sawm Dr Tran, so they rescheduled me this will be my third visit to test my eyes for taking the medication plaquenil. T take this test every year and never has it taken this many visits with no Doctor input.
