I need an appointment to come here everything seems okay. The optometrist was fine. She was just in a hurry cuz she said she had to pick up her daughter I picked up some frames but when I receive them the lens was so thick on one side it was really heavy and uneven and difficult to wear. The glasses were unusable. There is no one to help advise you in the glasses
When I picked up the glasses also no one cared to help me. Take home and leave. But when I got home it felt like the prescription was off. I didn't see very well in them. But since they're so unhelpful and I don't get insurance coverage only once every two years I didn't say anything.. 2 years later and my next appointment I decided to go somewhere else. The new optometrist was completely confused because she said the prescription was so far off she couldn't understand. she was confused. I was scared because the glasses eventually started making me see double. the prescription was extremely too high for my actual needs.
I thought I was going blind or crazy. Now I find out it was just because this optometrist had given me the wrong prescription. By the way I had purchased two glasses with high index lenses because the ones I received were so thick they had to pay a lot extra for higher quality lens.
Overall looking back what a nightmare of an experience . I don't recommend
People, please don't waste your time go to this Optometry, the receptionists are extremely rude, i never see they smile to any patients. i was there early this week, talked to the receptionists, her respond was so rude, i feel like i go there to waste their time. but well, i still had to talk to her to order my Sunglasses, believe it or not, she told me that she is not ordering Sunglasses at this time. i asked her, why? she said, it is out of the reason. and she wanted me to pick one of the Sunglasses from the display. i was looking at them, but none of them were fit me. i talked to her that none of those fit me, i would like to order the one that fit me well, which i got the model from Nordstrom. She refused to order for me. So i asked to talked to doctor, she told me doctors are busy with patients, and she asked me if the doctor could call me instead. i replied, since i'm here already, can i wait? she said ok. i was waiting and waiting for a long long time, almost 2 hrs. until 10 minutes to the closing time, the doctor's named Phuong H. Vu came out and talked to me, and told me that i could go order it outside, doesn't have to be here. She told me that i could order it outside, and submit the receipt to my insurance to get the reimbursement. i told her, i'm sure how to do it; i asked, since i'm her patient, can she help me? she said no, i can do it myself. WOW WOW WOW, UNBELIEVABLE!
My Question to all friends, Would you think this Optometry is being care for patients, being responsible for their patients? For me, NOT AT ALL, and i won't never ever go back there again. NO referral to any friends or families.

For $5 I got my new Costco glasses adjusted with replacement of one lense-retaining fishing line. I'll have words about Costco Visioncare soon. UC 2020 actually had a technician on site, with his full attention on making my new Bulova Sport frames fit and stay put. What got me was how this young man took a step back, crossed his arms, and lifted his right palm to his chin and truly regarded the back and sides of my shaved head like an insurance adjuster looking at a hail damaged new car.
