Malibu Eye Center Optometry

I returned a pair of Natalie Blanc, they accepted my return but failed to credit the refund to my account. They denied ever having received the glasses. My husband and I have been going to Dr Gregory O'Conner for 25 years, we spent upwards of $3000 in the last year and half and trusted him and his staff but we were still verbally harassed by Sal. Furthermore, in spite of my refusal Sal, added progressive lenses to my order and the next time I went he again tried to sell it to me saying, "you're a excellent candidate for progressive". Sal is mentioned in many review but recently all of them were removed by Yelp. Sal is rude, unscrupulous, and unethical to such an extent that in retaliation he discharged me as a patient but curiously did not discharge my husband who was with me during the return and then the visit where we were abused by him. Their discriminatory nature is self evident here and I am certain that they still have the Natalie Blanc glasses I returned in their inventory or sold it but refuse to acknowledge that they did. Be wary if you're buying anything from here, and if it is sunglasses buy them at Saks Fifth Avenue or Nordstrom or Sunglass hut but not here.

Great experience here. Great Doctor, staff, and cutting edge tech for your eyes. It is Malibu so you're looking at about 1k minimum for a pair of prescription glasses (after insurance), but the selection is highend with cool brands worth checking out!

Absolutely the best experience here!!! I had an emergency today and lost one of my contact lenses while enjoying my getaway. I thought my trip was ruined... until I came here and was given a week's supply of lenses complementary. SO THANKFUL!!! So many other businesses were giving me Issues .... Not here... only kindness from them :) Thank you so much for saving my getaway vacation. I will be ordering my contacts through you in the future.

We have been to many optometrists over the years and Dr. O'Connor is the absolute best. Malibu Eye Center also has a fabulous selection of glasses and sunglasses. Sal is an absolute delight to shop in the store with. He is extremely knowledgable, helpful and hilarious. I went in for an eye exam. The doctor and staff were just the right combination of friendly and professional. My exam was thorough, explained every step of the way, and the equipment seems clean and modern. Plus, they're emailing me the amazing digital images they captured. Highly recommended from this Lasik patient.
