This clinic has very bad integrity. To prevent me from selling my home, he and his wife would approach every buyer touring my home that he can catch and states that my home was/is against the city code. If he can harass a neighbor like that with breaching a neighbor's privacy, you can imagine what he would do to his clients.

it's November 1, 2025 I came to the office and it was closed saying they will be back at 12 PM to 1 PM even though they close at 2 PM so I came early at 10 and I saw the sign and I didn't know they take two hour lunch break this early and the glasses I got. I receive them at May 2025 so they're new, but they are falling apart because of the screws un screwing themselves until Halloween night. I was completely blind. I couldn't see anything in my friends have guide me back home in a dark night.

Nothing like waiting LITERALLY months for your eye exam to the point your so far behind insurance is calling only for the office to need to "cancel" the appointment less than 24 hours before the service just to wait WEEKS to be rescheduled!!! Honestly very disappointed with how Dr. Stellhorns staff has ran his business. I'm filing a grievance and finding a new doctor. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!

This office seriously has very bad customer service. My brand new Marc Jacobs (and expensive) frames broke and I called their office to replace my frame under warranty. I was told that only lenses are covered and the frames aren't. BTW it took me 6 tries to get anyone to even speak to me! After I repeated that new frames typically always have a year long manufacturers warranty, they said they will put in a request for new frames and I should contact them in 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and I have been calling them so many times, I am pretty sure they have not taken any action yet! No one calls back, people who pick up the phone do not know anything, and the managers do not call customers back. I have been without glasses now for over 5 weeks and this office will not help me. I am so disappointed and inconvenienced with such bad service! I will call their offices and let them know about this very bad review and rating I have given them! Hope this will get some reaction from them! I would recommend going to a different eye doctor and office for better service!

Highly disappointed after being seen here for many years. Staff has slowly declined in knowledge and courtesy. I had my Saturday appt for over a week now and less than 24 hours before appt time I get a call that it is pushed back a hour. This makes a huge difference when you have your day planned after the appointment. I will be leaving this office and on a search for new optometrist. Not a happy person.

This place is a nightmare! I had a girl named Andrea help me and she was just horrible. She talked to me like I was 5 years old. I asked to speak to a manager and no one knew what was going on or what they were talking about. The receptionist sitting facing the doors refused to talk to me because she seemed to be on a private call with her boyfriend or someone. And the other girl was busy helping people. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here or see the hack of a doctor. I'd rather go to LensCrafters and recommend everyone to do the same!

Pretty horrible office. Idk why Dr stellhorn won't do anything about it. Rude, never answer phones, have to wait months for apts like what

Iyana & Desirae were a huge help today. It's always a pleasure to go see all the ladies in the office! They are all so kind.
