It was my first visit to this Optical inside Costco Marysville. Scheduling an appointment was a remarkably straightforward process. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was warmly greeted by a very pleasant and attentive receptionist named Michelle. The wait was brief before I was seen. Dr. Phan was also very pleasant. I appreciated the seamless nature of my experience with this optical. I highly recommend visiting this location for an eye exam.

I am absolutely amazed with how my appointment went today. It was fast I didn't wait at all, the receptionist was so sweet along with the Dr I seen. Friendly easy to talk to and no uncomfortable vibes. The Dr explained everything to me in a language I can understand and actually did a test I've never had done before, by the end of the appointment for the first time I could truly see clearly. I will never go any where else and if for some reason this Dr moves out of Costco I will follow her.

I have been wearing eyeglasses for over 40 years now. I have had many eye exams. I have never had an eye exam as thorough as the one I had today. Today's exam was a re-exam. Dr. Wong is my new doctor, she took her time and had me do some processes during the exam I've never had done before, but it made a lot of sense. I will definitely go back to Dr Wong in the future just for the superior service and quality of exam.
