Dr Kalamdjian, Jeffrey, Manny, the Front Desk ladies especially Sara are very nice, efficient, helpful and professional. The facility, lobby, clinics, restrooms are very clean, ample fee parking, great location. Great job and thanks again! Highly recommended.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Justyn, Maria, Carnely, Joyce, Veronica, Brandon and Dr. Ting and I can honestly say their service was nothing short of outstanding. They truly care about the patient's well-being and went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported every step of the way. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. It's rare to meet representatives who are this dedicated and genuine--thank you, Justyn and Maria, for your exceptional care and service!
Jeffrey, the front desk ladies and the optical technician save the rating for this place. They were very nice, pleasant and professional. I could not ask for a better service from them. However, the Optometry Doctor L. Kalamdjian is awful. She felt stressed, impatient, bothered by the questions I asked, and cut me off when I was talking. With her I felt like I was another number for Kaiser and another patient she couldn't get rid of fast enough. I too work dealing with patients but I would not treat my patients the way this OD treated me. The other staff was great, this OD, not quite.
Horrible turn around for glasses 2-3 weeks here is the standard. Walmart and Cosco will get you back your glasses in half that time no matter what extras your glasses need. Avoid if possible and just go elsewhere.
Kaiser Optical is not very easy to deal with especially if you need contact lenses. The lady in the contact lens department is the only one working there and she is snappy and passive aggressive. Not an easy or even pleasant person to work with. I was assigned to one of the doctors and was less than pleased with the rx they gave me. When I brought it to their attention they kept insisting that the rx was the best and I would just have to adapt. She even threatened me with the DmV which was a shady move and most likely only used because I disagreed with them and contacted member services. Getting an appointment for contact lenses is not an easy thing to do. I don't get the feeling that Kaiser likes prescriptions for contacts as they seem to make it not very easy. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. Kaiser optical is expensive, the doctor and contact lady are not pleasant and it's just an overall bad vibe. That is my honest opinion.
Worse experience ever, when I went to exchange my glasses because they had a frame defect the lady that help me told me that they were never going to be perfect but that she was going to do a one time exchange. Today I went to pick up my new glasses and the same lady couldn't get my shape right she was making the glasses way too curved. I could tell she was bother she ended up passing me to another lady named Marlene she got my frames to fit perfectly the only thing I asked her was if she could removed some white particles around my lenses, she took my glasses and went to back I don't know for what, the first time I got the glasses the man that helped me did removed the same thing I ask for in front of me like with a metal file, when Marlene comes back with my glasses I looked at lenses and they looked really shaved from the top if I looked up I could see the lense damage right away. She had the audacity to tell me that's how they were, when I saw they were not like that before she took them. I ended up getting my refund back but she said it would be for personal reasons not because she messed them. The supervisor was on he/she one hour break I couldn't wait any longer my child was hungry we were there for more than one hour. I have never experienced something like this. bad customer service and trying to say I was delusional, I do not recommend this Location. Kaiser optometrist in panorama city cares more about their customers and they are more professional.

Very attentive service from the front desk, doctors, and nurses. I had my first eye exam here, and I'm glad to have done so here because they keep everything very clean and they make you feel comfortable to be there; I even got my flu shot while I was here, and the nurse who gave it had a good hand because I didn't feel as much pain later as I have with previous shots. The only downside is that the glasses are expensive here and you can definitely find better priced options elsewhere; besides that, all good!
Awesome benefit for Kaiser members. Exams are usually free and materials (eyeglasses or contacts) are discounted. Free parking. Dr. Kim was fabulous!
