Dr Lei was quick but thorough. He is the only reason why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share this for future guests. I was disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The staff was not very welcoming and seemed uninterested in helping with basic questions. A little more professionalism and courtesy would have made a big difference in our visit. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the guest experience moving forward.

My Eye exam at Target Optical Montclair was very professional.
The Dr. explained the exam procedures well and completely explained the statues of my eyes, explain the on set of cataracts and how to better protect and take care of my eyes.
Based on my eye prescription by the Dr. , Ingrid, the store manager guided me through the eye glass frame selection and shared her expertise and opinion on what frame style and shape is probable best for my face shape.
Ingrid also advised me on the advantage of progressive lens and insurance.
Through the entire eye appointment and frame fitting Ingrid the store manager was very professional sharing her expertise while be very pleasant making me feel very comfortable.

Dr Lei was amazing! I took my 5 year old son and we had a great experience. He was great with my son. The appointment was very detailed but didn't take up much time. Everyone there is welcoming and knowledgeable. I like how bright, clean and brand new the place looked and felt. I would definitely recommend going here and I'll continue going as well.
