I've been going to Dr. Dennis Lin Optometry for over 10 years, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The care and consistency I've received over the years have been outstanding. Dr. Lin always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I'm comfortable throughout the exam. The front desk staff, Karen, is friendly, patient and professional. She always helps me when choosing my glasses. Whether it's a routine checkup, getting new glasses, or addressing a specific concern, I've always felt like I'm in good hands. Highly recommend!

As a long time patient, I can always count on Dr. Lin and Dr. Su for my eye exams. Office is always clean and makes me feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. Appointment dates are always fast and there's usually little to no wait time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cute frame selections and they take a variety of private and government insurances. Can't wait for my next visit!

they used to have good service now they just don't care. went early December i payed for a pair and got an other pair on my insurance the pair I payed for was delivered on time the other pair it's 4 months later and I still I haven't gotten them. I called in February and they said the lab broke them January 27th but they didn't have the decency to call me plus they wanted to charge me 25$ for an appointment I had not called to cancel 2years ago and the wait time with an appointment is 40minutes.i don't recommend this place

Excellent service ! The employees are very attentive and helpful. They do a great job explaining my insurance coverage and any questions or concerns I have. I've been going here for a few years now and they always do a thorough exam. I would recommend this business to anyone that's looking for a reliable business !

The front desk staff told us that we could receive a $10 discount if we posted a five-star review on Yelp or Google while still at the clinic. This means they are essentially paying for positive online reviews. It is not legal--especially for a health care provider.
Additionally, they charge up to a 3.75% fee for credit card payments to discourage credit card use in favor of cash payments. Unethical.

She's been wonderful always kind, professional, and thorough during my eye and contact lens exams. She takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. The best place you will find for an excellent optometrist, Dr. Dennis Lin. He provides a thorough and comprehensive evaluation and consultation for your needs. Been going to him for over 10 yrs and still goes above and beyond.
I live in another state and don't have the desire to establish a new optometrist especially when you have a great person like Dr. Lin. Making trips down to SoCal regularly is a benefit for me.
You just can't find good, quality service in any business these days and when you do it's a diamond in the rough.
