Eyecare Optometry of Moreno Valley

I had a great experience at Eyecare Optometry of Moreno Valley. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional from start to finish. Dr. Vu was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring during my visit. I recently moved to town and was looking for a new optometrist, and I'm so glad I found this office. I felt comfortable, well-informed, and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Dr. Vu and her staff deserve 5 stars. My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Vu since December for neuro-visual appointments. We have come here often for ongoing treatment and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Prices and plans explained clearly. Not only that, Dr. Vu truly cares about her patients and makes you feel like you and your care are a priority. She takes her time with each patient and doesn't rush or make you feel pressured. I have a lot of symptoms and issues and I truly feel she wants to help me feel better. She evaluates the big picture and all factors, not just the eyes. She makes herself available for questions and responds quickly. She's always very patient. The rest of my family will be coming here for their regular eye exams and I would recommend this office to everyone.

The staff and doctor were very welcoming and helpful. This was probably the best optometrist visit I've ever been to in my life. They've helped me right away when I stepped foot through the door and out and they've kept me updated with everything, and the doctor had a great sense of humor to make you feel at home.

OSHA & CPHD need to evaluate and investigate this office! Excluding the rudeness of the front desk staff and the unsanitary conditions of the clinic itself, they price gouge!!! They will not give you a a total amount due for services until after the examination is over and you cannot negotiate prices. This is high class Crimminal activity and proper protocols needs to be taken immediately

I appreciate this office. I've been coming for years, and last year the office lost a staff member and I knew it was time for my yearly check up but I didn't want to go because the staff member that help me pick my glasses was no longer with us. I was having a hard time dealing with that. The staff and the doctor made me feel comfortable. They understood my emotional attachment and how difficult and stressful it was picking my glasses. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in picking my glasses. The doctor was great as well. I thank all three ladies for turning an emotional experience into a positive one. I was able to get some beautiful glasses. I know the staff member that is no longer here is smiling! She taught them well.

One of the best healthcare appointments I have ever had. Dr. Vu and the staff really made me feel like they cared and heard my concerns. They were thorough and took the time to explain everything from the tests to the diagnosis. I'm never going to want to go anywhere else.
