Outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and extremely efficient. The optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in providing high-quality care. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran right on schedule -- something I really appreciate with a busy day. If you're looking for thorough eye care with a friendly, knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend this practice.

I was very impressed with the entire process at Inland Eye Specialist's office. While being efficient the office was extremely friendly and thoughtful. The staff was well trained. I went there for a second opinion from Dr.Johnson regarding complicated procedure and I left the office with a complete understanding of what needed to be done.Dr.Johnson gave me a written report that was thorough and conclusive. I would certainly recommend Inland Eye Specialist's and Dr.Johnson.

I have been coming here for a couple years to monitor my eye pressure, decided I may as well have my annual eye checkup done here, too. Not disappointed. The staff is always professional and friendly, willing to answer questions I may have. The technicians are very thorough with all the different tests, let you know what to expect. And both my eye Drs have been great:: professional, listen, answer questions. And everyone seems to actually care about service.

Dr. Geller is wonderful. He was very thorough during the eye exam for my father, provided detailed feedback and recommendations, and on top of it all he's very funny and friendly. It's so nice to visit a provider with such a warm and compassionate bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Geller! In addition, we want to sing praises to Dr. Phillips, who did both cataracts surgeries for my mother and father. He is beyond amazing, his skills are unmatched, and my parents feel like they have brand new eyes to see the world with. Dr. Phillips isn't just a talented surgeon, but he's a provider with heart. He's so caring, comforting, and compassionate, making my elderly parents feel very confident and secure when stepping into Dr. Phillip's surgery room. We would not trade their experience for any other surgeon or clinic, we have nothing but positive experiences at this office. And we will always be loyal to this location thanks to wonderful doctors like Dr. Phillips, Dr. Geller, and finally Dr. Chow. He's been caring for my retinal issues and I appreciate his expertise and patience during the sessions when I need to get eye injections. In short, we love all 3 providers that provide such skilled and comforting care for our eye needs. This is one whole grateful family for your office.

You get mediocre eye care, they constantly overbook to the point patients end up having to wait in the waiting room easily over an hour. Office experience has never been friendly, pleasant or helpful. My experiences twice is that I had booked my appointments months in advance and twice I was informed no appointments on record or for a complete different appointment time. No disregard to patients time. First time I had a scheduled appointment for the Murietta office only to be informed that there was no appointment scheduled even though I immediately showed the girl at the front desk my confirmed email that I confirmed through their system the day prior asking for my confirmation. That didn't matter the front desk girl responded very rudely oh our systems were down.. I stated okay here is my confirmation from your office if my appointment. I was told No I wasn't in the system and no appointment was scheduled for me. Long story short I immediately lodged a complaint with the office manager at the Murietta office after explaining my experience she made it right and scheduled me for the very next morning. Now the same thing happened to me again only at the Temecula office. I had a confirmed scheduled appointment for today at 1:00p. As I get there the young girl stated that my appointment wasn't till 3:00p I informed her that I confirmed yesterday my 1:00p appointment through their email requesting I confirm my 1:00p appointment. No regards to my time she flat out denied that I confirmed yesterday and offered nothing to make it right or make it right. Naturally high left and immediately called and requested speak to the front office supervisor only for her to apologize but stated that my appointment was scheduled a week ago, which is another concern because I had scheduled my appointment months ago so CLEARY they are running a whack a doodle, office. The manager did state that they have been having glitches in the system, I informed her these are huge, bad glitches.. IT'S NO WONDER THEY HAVE LOW RATINGS. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! Looking for a new reputable eye doctor that accepts VSP and cares about their patients

This was my first visit. They were able to get me in same-day for an urgent appointment. I really appreciate the staff for their efficiency and positive demeanor. Dr. Donaldson was knowledgeable, reassuring, and kind. I will definitely return here for my regular appointments from now on.

Seriously had my vision saved by coming to Inland Eye Specialist. 10 days of pure pain, vision loss and extreme light sensitivity, all the while speaking to 4 different doctors all giving inaccurate diagnoses with no improvement from an Urgent Care, my Primary and the ER. Thankfully I was finally given a referral and chose Inland Eye Specialist. Within minutes of my visit, Dr. Tew diagnosed me with an obscure and rare eye infection, got my prescription ordered and it has now been 48hrs and the improvement has been amazing. I truly believe I was guided here and I wholeheartedly owe Inland Eye Specialist and Dr. Tew my sincere thanks and gratitude for everything they did
