I highly recommend Dr. Graffs office, it was my first time there today, all of the staff were SOOO nice, and made me feel welcome :) which is hard to come by now a days. They talked me through everything so I knew what was going on the whole time, super affordable, and Dr. Graff himself was a very kind and professional person :) Although I did not get my frames there they do have a really good selection of stylish frames that I haven't been able to find at other offices, and it was nice that they had a dark room to be easy on your eyes when they get dialated. Thanks so much for the great experience!

im giving Dr. Graff a 2 star review. even though I've been a patient of his since 1988 but now that Im older he keeps trying to force eye surgery on me and has even refused to give me glasses. he'll do the exam but not fill the prescription, which in my opinion is poor service and another thing he tries to force the surgery but he wears glasses himself! talk about hypocrite. So now that I need an exam every year I've decided to find another Optomotrist that will fulfill his /her duty and go to them instead. Update: I found another optometrist and he also confirmed that I needed the eye surgery, so... I found a surgery center that fit my needs and made me feel better about having the surgery done. I'm very glad I did... If hi ever need a quality surgery center try barney l Barnet, Dalaney and Perkins eye center also known as Eyes of Arizona in Lake Havasu, AZ. They have other surgery centers in the state as well. But I can not praise them enough for the great work they did, I haven't seen this clear since I was told I needed glasses at 18 years old. And Dr. Graf gave the referral upon my request without a problem. So thanks to Dr Graf, I can now see again. Update: after getting the surgery, I found that I'm loosing my eyesight AGAIN. 6 months of clear and now I'm wearing glasses again. bifocal no less. astigmatism sucks. but Dr Graf is a Trooper, even with my multi focal internal lenses, having to give 6 different focal settings 3 on each eye is different focal settings. I have 1 pair glasses for distance that's 2 separate settings. another pair that's bifocal 4 separate settings it's terrible. and surgery can't correct now. the Doctors frown on having to open the eye's again for correction because it might cause more harm than good. Should have just went blind. I was almost there in my right eye and the left was trailing behind. now they're almost hand in hand the same. no fixing them now. bumped the Star rating to 5 stars, Dr. Graf is a Great Dr. shame my grumpy old age and stubbornness caused me to wait, Rant, then praise, and now i think he deserves the 5 stars. all crappy rant's aside!

25 years of great personal and professional services experienced at this office. Friendly staff and Dr Graff even greets his patients by name when in public! Payment options available for those who need it. My tri-focals were only $89!

He is a VA provider for vision services he did a good job and he was just right around the corner from where I live.

I had a very similar experience as Willis review and MW. I recommend going as far as you have to to avoid this man, who cannot be trusted with your vision .
