This is the most disorganized LensCrafters I have ever been to. The optometrist is great but their front office is terrible. I ordered glasses on 12/30, they received them on 01/10 but no one called me. They claim to have left a message but I show no history of this in my phone. No text or email as well. I called them back repeatedly, left messages and no call back. I finally was able to get someone on the phone on 1/20. They need a better office manager.

The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. When a frame I chose was suddenly discontinued, they insisted that I not leave the store empty handed. I appreciate the time they took to ensure I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much!

Celest gave us the best service. We got 3 pairs of glasses from her ans she was patient with my boy and my husband. Coming back again to change lenses on my husband's sunglasses. Very patient and I like that they dont hover over you when you try and pick you frames.

Jessica was so helpful and sweet! I had an unpleasant experience at a different location and was scared to get my glasses adjusted but then came to this location and was welcomed with a friendly smile and treated so well. Thank you so much for your help Jessica!!

You ever get that feeling that the sales agent just does not want to help you almost like you're bothering them or getting in their way. That's honestly and unfortunately the experience that we had here. I don't remember the ladies name but we walked in the storm and were never greeted by anybody. Not even that hello or anything really. We perused the glasses section for my mother-in-law to get her a new pair. Nobody checked to see if we had any questions or anything. All the other sales agents were busy except for one lady which I know saw us and just didn't say anything and didn't walk up. She just stayed at the sales register. Doing whatever to be honest and even to the point where once we selected the glasses we want, we sat at one of the desks to wait for somebody to come greet us. Nobody walked up for at least 10 or 15 minutes until the one sales Lady eventually felt like. Oh well. I have to and walked up to assist us but she had a very combative nature and really took us out of the process and made us not feel welcome to the point that even though we were honestly ready to buy, she did not deserve the sale so we decided to not make the purchase and we brought this to the manager/supervisor. I believe his name was Chris and he apologized and said he was willing to take over the sale but at that point the experience was so tainted we just did not want to buy so we left because we're not going to beg somebody to take our sale. That's just not how that works. At this point I don't know if we would go to another LensCrafters just in general or buy from somewhere else. As of right now, I could not suggest coming to this location just because of that experience alone
