Dr.Jane Hafen O.D. is personable, thorough and professional. Top of the line equipment is used to examine and diagnosis the status of your vision. Dr. Hafen provided explanations of my test results and what the next steps would be. She described the procedure and I felt very confident with her recommendations. We had a great visit! The Bay Vision staff was helpful and accommodating and they have an excellent selection of designer and affordable frames. I highly recommend Bay Vision Optometry for your optical service needs.

Dr Arora and her state of the art equipment are able to evaluate the complete health of your eye and provide you with an accurate rx. Vic the optometrist has an excellent selection of Cartier frames. They are a licensed Cartier dealer and he is an expert at finding the right frames for you as i am on my 6th pair over the last 4 years of going here. His supporting staff is friendly courteous and knowledgeable as well and the run the front office with efficiency. Highly recommend!!

I was told the prescription glasses would be ready in 1 week but I had to call multiple times to confirm the pick up after almost a month. When I finally got the glasses, I had requested to get both the nose pads changed but they had only replaced one nose pad which is such a weird thing to do. How much time does it really take to change both nose pads when you are already changing one. When I pointed this out during the pick up, front office attendant said she needs to check in with the doctor. You really need the doctor's opinion to change a used nose pad? I would've gotten my spare glasses changed as well if I got better service but they lost my business due to the customer service. Skip this place if you want prompt service.

My lenses at the bottom are turning a different color, contacted the office they told me they were going to order new lenses. Two months later still no new lenses, to many excuses the lab not answering the phone to UPS lost them, what's really going on.
