Dr. Pao's office is the best! They have the kindest and most knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to help patients. From a last minute emergency to extra contacts, they are always so helpful and accommodating. Dr. Pao is also wonderful and so kind, and she always explains things thoroughly to her patients. I would highly highly recommend them. Everyone should get their care here!

Dr. Pao and her staff are top notch. My kids come here for their ortho K prescriptions and they make sure that my kids know exactly what to do and why they're doing it. They are always so friendly and willing to help when issues arise, like rushing an order or making time to reschedule an appointment.

A true neighborhood optometrist where the doctor and staff all remember your name. They work hard and operate 7 days a week, which makes it easy to get seen on the weekends. I've also come in without an appointment for emergencies, and they were ALWAYS able to squeeze me in, that hour. That's the level of service you'd usually only get from a doctor you've been seeing for YEARS, but Dr. Pao and her staff treat every single patient like that - it's refreshing and I've recommended every single family and friend in Oakland to her. The strong work ethic and kindness run throughout both the doctor and the staff she hires. They're literally always doing something and there's never an idle moment! They run a smooth business and I'll continue going to them for as long as I can.

Dr. Pao is wonderful, professional, efficient and pleasant. I've seen Dr Pao for over 15 years. I've had all sorts of eye issues; splashing corrosive chemicals in my eye, weird under eyelid cysts, clogged tear ducts and the list goes on and on, including comprehensive annual eye exams. Dr Pao is highly knowledgeable, stays current on medical eye issues, as well as being chosen as an optometrist who is selected for conducting medical research both domestic and internationally. Her front desk staff is friendly and the office is very clean. 10 stars Dr. Pao.
