I drive up from the Central Coast to go to Dr. Ong. I tried a new eye doctor when we moved south, but couldn't find one as good. Dr. Ong explains exactly what she's doing and why, what the tests show, and involves the patient in deciding what type of correction works best for each person. I have lived in 3 states, on both coasts, City and rural; she is the best eye doctor I've had. Well worth the 4-hour round trip.

I went in for a regular exam, and it was the best exam I've ever gotten! (I've had glasses all my life) Dr. Ong was nice and kind, and she was also very informative during the whole exam. Her whole staff was also very nice and helpful. They also had a decent frame/glasses selection. I recommend any one needing eye care to come see her!

I travel for work, so I see a different Optometrist almost every year, and Dr. Ong is by far the best I've found in over a decade. Her entire staff is kind, professional and friendly. She discussed not only my prescription, but important aspects of the health and longevity of my eyesight. I can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Ong and staff are kind, patient and thorough. I love that Dr. Ong cares about patient education and really takes the time to explains things. Their COVID safety protocols made me feel safe during my recent visit. Highly recommend.

My family has been seen by Dr. Ong for years and we wouldn't even think about switching to another doctor. The care we've had has been thorough every time, and most importantly, Dr. Ong always takes the time to explain everything carefully, to answer questions, and to address concerns. The office staff is always courteous, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Ong to anyone seeking eye care.

This is honestly the only doctor's appointment I look forward to! Everyone who works here is lovely, and Dr. Ong is so nice and explains everything so well and thoroughly that by the end I feel like I might enjoy becoming an optometrist someday. There's also ample parking and it's easy to find!

Our family has used Dr. Ong for years and have never been happier. Everyone at the office is helpful and knowledgeable! Dr Ong is great with our children, it amazes me with how she is able to assess their vision by keeping them engaged with toys and working at their level.

My 15 year old was seen here for the first time today accompanied by her mother. It was bad experience from check in to check out. The staff was very unprofessional. The doctor never bothered to even give her mom an update of how her vision was doing. She had to ask if she can talk to the doctor and had to ask for itemized receipt since one was not given to her. The charges here are absurd. They charge separate for everything even to teach some one to put on contact lenses-$160!!!!! And yeah don't order glasses from here. They told my daughter she will get it 10-15 BUSINESS days-REALLY????? Today was a total waste of time and money. 1 hour appointment, and still never did get to talk to the doctor. LOL!!!!
