Wow! This vision center is packed with hundreds and hundreds of eyeglasses. There are many reps to assist with all aspects of obtaining the perfect glasses. The only drawback is that Kaiser Vision Center doesn't accept VSP insurance. The building is conveniently located to the right of the Howe Street parking garage. There is even one handicap parking space right in front of the building. The Vision Center is located to the right just as you enter the building so you don't have to look for it. There is also a ramp at the front entrance.

they "don't order replacement parts" for glasses, even if you pay for their extra insurance plan. The repair technician did provide a high quality reinforcement so I could keep wearing them until I can find. a suitable replacement part on my own.

My mom gets her acupuncture done here. The atmosphere is nice outside on a sunny day. Parking can be hard to find or you can use the parking garage. There is a passenger loading zone.

I've been calling them on different days and different times, and this is the 5th time and NEVER ONCE my call got answered. I'm trying to cancel and reschedule my appointment since I can't make it and I can't come in because I have 2 jobs. And fyi I don't hang up after a couple of minutes, for all the calls I did I've waited for 1 hour and almost 2 hours but they never bother to answer it. So don't call them you'll just waste your time

The doctors are top notch , Front desk receptionists on second floor are the worst and failed to completely check me in causing me to lose my appointment. If you do make an appointment for optometry I highly recommend that you use the new digital system that allows you to check yourself in from your phone. The administration staff if completely unreliable and probably will be replaced with the new system in time.

I also have kaiser. Made 3 different appointments to see the ophthalmologist and NOT the optometrist due to medical reasons, and each time they push me to the optometrist. And each time they get paid for a service I didn't need. And each time they apologize@@@how many more each time for me to get treated correctly? Maybe its incompetence or maybe it's a scam they are running, but either way this place needs to close.
