This place messed up my prescription twice!! Then refused to repair them after I paid more that $400.00 to purchased them, out of pocket!! My eyes kept watering and the glasses were giving me a head ache. The optometrist said that they were too strong. The technician measured the lenses but she kept pushing them up my the bridge of my nose. I told her twice that I don't wear my glasses that high. I also told her that I have a bump on my bridge and I wear my glasses below that bump! She went ahead and measured them to HER liking. When they came back the bifocals we're to low. I mentioned this to Roberto, the next technician and he said that I would have to make another appointment with the optometrist. Not, that I understood why because they just needed to be adjusted. He was extremely condescending towards me and told me that he wasn't going to send them back and I'd have to pay for a new lens! I assured him that I just paid more than $400 for them and I just wanted them adjusted. So I scheduled another appointment at which time I told the optomitrist that the bifocals we're placed too low and he said that I was wearing them too low. Once again, now he pushed them up my bridge! I told him that I don't wear them that high and I was the one wearing them and that they were not comfortable above that bump on my nose. Now both the optomitrist and the rude technician told me that they were not going to fix them. Horrible horrible customer service. As I voiced to them I am the one wearing them!!! I'd hate to take legal actions but I saved for 4 months to get the glasses that I wanted

they're alright, doctors are lovely and kind. The rest of the staff here are not helpful with scheduling appointments and are snobbish, unprofessional ladies. the only reason i come here is for insurance. I would not buy frames here they're overpriced and ugly to say the least.

I have yet to get service from this place but besides the fact that you have to call at 9 o'clock in the morning on Mondays to schedule an appointment that usually is going to be three weeks out I had an appointment for my daughter said and I forgot the actual date of her appointment so when I called to get the date again they said that I had missed the appointment which is true but they said that they called me twice in the day of the appointment and left voicemails which they didn't as they were saying that I was literally looking in my voicemail and received no missed calls staff seems to be too laid-back as in previous reviews I doubt that they did a follow up call to confirm my appointment

Been coming here since I was a little girl and they always treat me good and make me feel welcomed. Always keeping me up to date in the latest styles

They never answer the phone it sounds busy all the time and when one goes in person they do not want to attend you because they do not have an appointment but then where does one speak for appointments if the number they had before does not work

ive went here for a long time its cheap cause my insurance covers almost all of it but the choices are superrr bland and honestly i only go here cause of my insurance if not i would definitely go somewhere else

The entire team was great. The girls at the front desk helped me with ordering my contacts and the doctors are extremely proffessional.

They accept Medicare and MediCall making this a wonderful optometric or optical dispensary for your eyes'health. Optometrists make referrals to specialists for eye diseases and surgical procedures. One of my trusted health providers.
