Dr. Kim was amazing! She made me feel welcome and at ease. She saw me 10 minutes early and I was in and out in less 20 minutes. She addressed all my concerns and was very friendly and nice to speak to. I also appreciated the dog in the office as it makes me fell very calm. Can't wait to pick up my glasses!

Had an afternoon appointment with Dr. Kim last month in April. Dr. Kim addressed my concerns, & felt very comfortable with the eye exam. I needed new glasses, she told me two weeks for my glasses. Got my new glasses in a week. Love them! Thank you! Dr. Kim & staff!!

Here's a scathing review you can use: --- I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Mihwa Kim, OD, and their optometry service. I ordered a pair of glasses through them, and from the start, there were constant sketchy upsells. They pushed unnecessary add-ons and made me feel like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every step. But the real issue? The glasses I received **broke in less than 30 days.** When I went back to get them replaced, they made it sound like I was lucky to get a "one-time replacement warranty"--as if they weren't responsible for selling a shoddy product in the first place. Even worse, they outright **admitted that the glasses they sell are cheap and susceptible to breaking.** If they know this, why are they still selling them? To top it all off, they actually had the audacity to charge me a **shipping fee** for the replacement. That's right--I had to **pay extra** to fix an issue caused by their low-quality product. Instead of standing by what they sell, they find every way possible to squeeze more money out of their customers. This business is **inaccessible, untrustworthy, and does not provide good customer service.** Avoid at all costs unless you want to deal with **overpriced, fragile glasses and a team that refuses to take accountability.**

Went here for the first time for a routine contact lens exam. The doctor has a lot of experience and was really nice and welcoming. She was thorough and efficient in her exam. She even provided some great advice for my daily eye care. There was a cute little dog that was welcoming in the waiting area. Highly recommended.

I have been a long time patient of Dr.Kim for glasses and contacts. She is very friendly and provides a comfortable setting for eye exam. The staff are also always helpful. I would recommend 10/10!

I have been going to see Dr.Kim over 10 years for annual eye exam. I was following up with Dr.Kim via email and found out she has reopened her office with Social Distance setup last week. Dr.Kim is following guidelines from Optimetry association and sanitizing all test equipment after every appointments. She is very professional and always friendly. She is also offering curbside pickup to minimize contact.
