Antelope Mall Vision Center Optometry

I have been going to this optometrist for about five years and have consistently been satisfied with the care I receive. The doctors are great, appointments are easy to schedule, and service is usually quick. In the past, the staff who assist with selecting glasses have always been patient, helpful, and attentive. During my most recent visit, however, my experience was very different. The staff member who assisted me appeared rushed and was not very helpful. After selecting a pair of glasses, I asked if she could check the ordering system to see if the same model was available in a different color or pattern. She told me that a policy had changed in August and that they could only order what was physically available in the store. This explanation was confusing, as the glasses still needed to be ordered through the system. While I understand that policies can change, what was most disappointing was the lack of effort to assist further. She did not offer to help me look for the same style in a different color or suggest similar options, which has always been standard practice during my previous visits. The lack of customer service was off-putting and did not reflect the level of care and support I have come to expect from this office.

I had the best experience buying new glasses yesterday. The lady helping me found the perfect pair of glasses. She wasn't pushy, but she helped me decide what I needed and what I did didn't and was efficient and friendly. The whole experience took 15 minutes. Amazing.

My family and I have been purchasing glasses for many years including when they were located in the AV Mall. The staff is approachable, friendly, and the optometrist is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they no longer offer a huge selection of glasses to order from. What you see is what you can now choose from. With that said, I was able to bring in frames and place an order for lenses to add my newest prescription.

Everyone was friendly and kind and the doctor was extremely friendly and helpful when giving my eye exam. The staff helped me pick out some nice glasses. I will definitely keep this place as my optometry center.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and this is the first time I've had such a poor experience. Unfortunately, my repair order was incorrect, which was frustrating given my long history with this business. Some of the newer employees are rude and unprofessional. In particular, the woman (don't know her name, but she has tattoos on arms ) who handled my repair order for my new Prada glasses made an error and is now claiming that I gave her the wrong pair. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, this experience has left me seriously reconsidering doing business here in the future.
