The older women at this location never look up to greet or ask if I need help. The young lady Jackie is the best! She always looks up and asks if we need help right away! She helped my mom find a great frame and checked us out right away. She was super friendly and did everything with a smile! Only giving this place a 1 star since I just learned Jackie is no longer with them bringing my rating of this place DOWN will not be returning here

I just want to say that angie and David were truly the best employees. I had to get some last-minute contacts because I was leaving out of town and they gave me some trials as I ordered my contacts so I can take before I leave on out of town so I wouldn't have to worry about wearing my glasses.

Andrea provided me with excellent customer service she went above and beyond I was a walk in. Andrea was helpful with taking me to the doctor office to do an exam. The optometrist was also very friendly and helpful. Every walmart vision center should have an Andrea in their office. Andrea made me feel very welcome to the vision center as she did not dismissed me away compared to other places.

I came here a couple months ago for new lenses and the white pregnant lady is the sweetest and most helpful person ever!! Another employee at this location messed up my glasses horribly one of my lenses popped off as I tried my glasses on in my car after asking her to fix them multiple times but when I told the white pregnant lady, she was so patient and actually listening to what I was saying and fixed them perfectly. She said they were really messed up. She needs to be manager if she is not already. She gives the best customer service to everyone as I was observing her help other customers as well!

I did not have appointment today when I entered vision center today. A lovely young lady by the name of Deysi approached me with a wonderful smile and asked if she could help me! Needless to say she was extremely sweet knowledgeable and wonderful to chat with while she was helping fill my new prescription glasses. I do highly recommend if you need glasses to please go to vision center, and hopefully you'll be waited on by Deysi! If not her then I'm sure somebody else is just as knowledgeable! Thank you for such a wonderful service!

This place closes at 7 according to the voicemail I received and hours listed. So Monday I rushed over to get my frames but they were already closed and it was 640. When I told them I had received a message, they not only made me wait outside the gate but handed me frames thru the gate as if they were inprisoned. They said the close early to clean.... seriously??? You dont need to close to clean! The girl kept apologizing knowing the service they were providing was wrong, yet I bet she had no choice wether its corporates doing or the other girl who was at the cashier its just wrong. If a place closes at the time listed it has no business closing earlier than that. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the girl was genuinely sorry and I could tell.

I dont really complain or write reviews but never get your contacts here bruh, i ordered them on april 28th and still haven't gotten them even though i paid 138 upfront. A couple weeks ago my mom decided to call to see whats taking so long with them cause school was about to start and they barely told us they were "back ordered" meaning they dont have them in stock yet, I've been using the tryout contacts they gave me and my eyes been hurting like crazy since i dont have glasses and have to resort to these try outs that you're only supposed to wear for 2 weeks since they said the contacts would come by then, and after almost 4 months they still arent here. Ive gotten glasses here before and it didnt take too long to get them so i dont know why the contacts take forever. The workers there are very nice and welcoming but the fact they dont even know when im getting my contacts is terrible.
