The gentleman who helped first was very thorough, and gentle. Dr. Montgomery is very professional. I was very pleased. I rated a 4 because my last visit a couple years back. Was not the same. But based on this visit alone it would be a 5.

It was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Jennifer greeted me and was very kind getting my paperwork together and in the system. I was seen right away. Dr. Rudick and his assistant Teresa were very nice. They were thorough and explained everything I needed to know about my eye care.

I was treated fast & courteously. The doctor explained in a way that was easy for me to understand. That ladies up front were very helpful & they are easy on the eyes. lol it's nice to find professional people that are courteous & respectful to us older folks. I know it means a lot to me. Thank you

I wish I could give more than five stars! I am beyond grateful for how truly amazing the entire staff is. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, professionalism, and such a positive atmosphere. I came in two weeks ago for my initial appointment, and everyone was incredibly patient and kind. They took their time, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. Today, I had to come back due to complications with my left eye swelling. Even though Mondays are extremely busy, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was seen. It turned out to be a spider bite that I wasn't aware of, and thankfully my eye is okay. To make my day even better, I was also informed that my glasses had arrived! The level of care, compassion, and attentiveness I received truly meant so much to me. If you're looking for excellent service, providers who genuinely listen to your concerns, and a team that treats you with the utmost respect, this is absolutely the place to go. A huge, ginormous shout-out to Samantha for being so patient, kind, and wonderful at keeping me calm and distracted during testing. I also want to thank the rest of the staff for consistently going above and beyond with such genuine care and professionalism. I didn't catch everyone's name, but please know each and every one of you did an amazing job. And Jared, thank you so much for taking the time to check on my glasses and letting me know they had just been delivered today so I could pick them up. I truly appreciate all of you!

I'm completely satisfied with my experience at the Eye Institute. All the people who were working treated me with the utmost respect. The facilities and testing equipment were first class. The doctor and his staff explained each step keeping me at ease. I was impressed by how thorough the testing was. I willno longer be aprehensve for my follow up visits.

This office is excellent. All the people are kind and professional. Dr. Montgomery is so funny and knowledgeable. They are always organized and there is a "great" vibe going on in that office. I highly recommend this practice.

Always pleasant experience at Ridge Eye love Dr Rudicks care to detail and concern staff is always pleasant and qualified I don't like the new test they added recently it has a star you pick the C with your left hand I don't remember its name but it made me nauseous and I did mention it to Dr. Rudick and he's going to check on it or eliminate it ? As I said always attentive to our concerns

Always kind and courteous staff, even when they are overwhelmed with patients! The doctors are easy to talk with and help you understand what is going on with your eye's and vision. They offer treatments that can help you maintain your vision as well as encourage you to focus on your eye health. I've been a patient for many years and I will continue to be. Thank you everyone
