I have had numerous visits to see Dr. Horne!! Outstanding knowledge and attentions to details. Wonderful personality and is a very kind and generous. Always a pleasure a to visit Pacific Eye to see Dr. Horne.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Horne today. I had a few questions about a recent health problem and how it would affect my vision and he was able to answer the questions very efficiently. He has a very pleasant manner and seems to know his job very well.

Great doctor, and he's very good with patients that have more complex prescriptions. I've been going to him for over 12 years and have been very happy with his care and bedside manner.

The provider is wonderful but the way the office does scheduling sucks. After several phone calls and leaving messages to schedule an appt for possible eye infection with no call back.I even left message for the triage. This tells me your office staff is too busy to handle and/or your office is short staff. I finally went directly to office to schedule my appt as no one would answer the phone and was able to get in that afternoon. Not every person has the capable to physical drive or walk in just to make an appt. I think about my elder mother she can not. You need a dedicated scheduler to answer phones daily during business hours at each office. While I was waiting in house waiting my appt, another patient was requesting her records to move for this same reason.

Dr. Horne is always friendly and easy to talk to. Very thorough in his exams. Highly recommended!

Dr Horne is passionate about eye care, sometimes to the point of scary. He can motivate you to do right by your eyes.
