As I sat down to check in and was Told, it will be a remote exam with the doctor. I was a bit surprised and a little skeptical. As we went through the process, the staff was very thorough. My only suggestion would be that the staff would be a little more experienced and knowledgeable about the medical aspects of optometry. However, I believe the person that was working with me was in training. Regardless he did a fabulous job was kind and professional. I can't say enough positive reviews about the Dr who I met with via video. I feel very confident in my exam and the results.

Great experience! I was able to get an immediate appointment. The tech was knowledgeable and the tele-visit with the doctor was great! We were able to do everything that she could've done in person, but without the wait! Retinal imaging instead of dilation was actually pretty cool. Even though I had to pay extra for it, I consider it the cost of not waiting for an appointment at a traditional optometrist office. Definitely recommend.

My eye exam was very thorough. I was very impressed. Niko was extremely knowledgeable answering any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam. When Niko was through with all the testing, the doctor came on the teleprompter to complete the vision test and give me my prescription and also asked if I had any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend KK Optemetric.
