Really weird about customer service here. I recently moved to the area from out of state and was an exam patient in December. I paid for the contact lens fitting and since the prescription didn't change I was told I wouldn't get a new pair contacts. Interesting because I've been wearing these lenses for 20+ years and every year other doctors gave me a pair as part of the exam. When I went to pay the fee for the lens fitting, I was alerted to the processing fee for credit cards (I think 5%?) that would be added. Since I didn't know this I didn't bring cash. Today I stopped by to get a pair of sunglasses tightened and a screw replaced that fell out and even as a patient was charged $20 for this service because they weren't bought there. It took her less than 3 minutes to do the repair and was absolutely shocked the fee was so high. I would not have gone here had I known but at this point I needed my glasses back. At least I had $20 in cash to avoid their processing fee. I have had much better service with practices I was loyal to but now I will be looking for a new optometrist.
