Looking Glass Optometry

Both my daughter (age 5) and me enjoyed our visit. Dr Dong was knowledgeable and answered my questions, but most importantly, he was very patient and thorough with my daughter. She had a great time at her visit! Highly recommend if you're looking for a kid friendly spot. We have a mediocre vision plan, and find it worth it to pay OON to see Dr Dong.

I can't say enough about the Dr Cheng and staff at Looking Glass Optometry. This was my first experience in getting prescription glasses and it couldn't have been better. Dr. Cheng was easy going and thorough in her examination, explaining the process all along the way (I was in for progressives and single vision glasses). She lived up to her stellar reviews. After the examination, Jennica patiently and pleasantly helped me pick out frames. On delivery, Gina assisted in fitting me and explaining further how progressives work. I have had nothing but compliments. I walked out feeling I made the best of all the choices of optometrists in the area and highly recommend to whoever is in the need for, or doesn't yet know they're in the need for the services offered by Looking Glass Optometry!

The customer service I had with this company was great. We played some phone tag in the beginning because schedule conflicts but they did call back each time. I finally went into the office to schedule an appointment but my insurance wasn't coming up. They assisted me as much as we could and let me keep my appointment until I could figure my insurance back out at work. I had called the next day thinking I had resolved the problem, even over the phone they were very patient and helpful but still no resolve. I called again the next day, and still the staff was super kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't work with my insurance but I appreciated the staff and sad we couldn't move forward.

Dr. Dong is extremely upbeat, friendly and thorough with his exams. He really took his time to find the right prescription and did not rush me at all, even though I had to try at least 2 different ones to get the correct one. The technicians and office staff are also super friendly and transparent. Also, the technology in this office is super advanced compared to other places. Only downside is that the contacts were a little bit expensive, but besides that, this is a great place to get your eyesight checked. I'll definitely make this my primary optometrist while I reside in PH.

This was my first time here. My wife and daughter have been coming for years. I'm getting old Lol. I must say this was a great experience. The staff was helpful and nice. Dr. Dong was unbelievable, nice, funny, easy to talk to. The guy was just great. I had my exam, ordered my first ever pair of glasses . Definitely recommend Looking Glass.

Our first visit to Looking Glass Optometry was excellent. The staff is highly professional and took the time to answer all of our questions with great expertise. In particular, we would like to thank Dr. Cheng for patiently explaining the technology she applied in examining our eyes. Without a doubt we will return.

I have been seeing Dr. Eileen since 2011. She is warm, engaging and delightful. She changed my life when she gave me mono vision with contact lenses. I spend most of my work day in front of a computer and disclosing contracts but I also LOVE a cute pair of sunglasses. Now I can see to perform my job and drive AND look splashy. . My very first visit at Looking Glass Optometry was impressive. Dr Dong was very informative and showed care for my wellbeing. Making appointment was easy. The cost of frames and lenses was beyond my affordability but I exercised other options available to me. I highly recommend this place.
