Been seeing Dr. Alanis for years. Was due for an eye exam. Made the appointment and came in recently. The office is remodeled now and has a very comfortable rustic vibe to it. Huge selection of frames and designer sunglasses to choose from. Was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the frames were. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for the best and most affordable optometrist in the Pomona area. Side note, I have anthem blue cross for my vision insurance and this optometrist office accepts it. Hope this helps.

Per other reviews, the doctor and nurses seem to be helpful. Unfortunately for me, I did not get that far. My elderly grandmother had an appointment at 1:00pm on 06/17. The day before my appointment I received a phone call that my appointment was going to be rescheduled because the doctor was going to be sick, so it got rescheduled to 1:00pm on 06/18. I arrived a few minutes late because I had gone to the wrong office up the street. Upon my arrival at 1:07pm, the receptionist was on a phone call so I waited in line until 1:15pm when I was finally acknowledged. I was told my appointment might be cancelled because they have a 10 minute grace period. I waited and was finally told that my grandmother could be seen at 3:30pm that day. I rescheduled the appointment, left and later on called to speak to the office manager. She claimed that the notes stated we arrived at 1:18pm which is completely false. The office manager didn't seem to care and we strongly suggested to view the camera footage as the receptionist did not accurately report the interaction. This was extremely unprofessional as I was there within the 10 minute grace period and my elderly grandmother should not be inconvenienced because the receptionist didn't acknowledge our arrival and lied about it. Had the staff been more professional I would have gone back to the appointment but the receptionist was uninterested and rude as well as the office manager. This was also our very first visit at this office so we will not be returning and they didn't make an effort to fix the issue either.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. The stuff here is the best. A Dr. that loves what he does and truly cares about us. This is why I keep coming here. Doesn't matter. I will come here first. Even with an emergency, I trust the Dr over the ER doctor. You can't ask for a better staff and doctor. I will not trust anybody else checking my eyes. If you need an eye Dr, then this is the best one to come to.

Hands down the best experience I've had at an optometrist. I was able to get an appointment next day, my medical insurance -medical- was accepted. The entire staff was very welcoming. I saw Dr. Palma for my eyeglasses and contacts exam. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable. She explained the entire process of my new prescription for both in a simple and easily understood manner. I would highly recommend her, and the office itself, to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

I was born with lazy eyes and had them corrected at 21. I never had issues getting prescribed lenses till I no longer had Kaiser Permanente. Took 10 years to find an optometrist who understood my corrected vision. Dr Cynthia Raymundo is the best. Got me sunglasses, reading and driving glasses for the first time in 50 plus years.

Went in for replacement frame done quickly should call ahead to see if your frames are in stock walk in without a appointment for this. They don't close for lunch. The service is excellent.

The worst first impression. By the office manager lady. Friday 3/3/23. She was very unprofessional, poorly trained with a street attitude, and very rude. It was my first time here and I had the worst experience. I hope the owner Rudy as she mentioned is able to call me ASAP.the wait was also horrible my appt was at 3pm and by 3:30 I was still waiting to be called to see the doctor. They have to waiting areas to see the doctor.
